The staff was highly unprofessional and lacked common courtesy. They made us shift to their branch hotel - Hotel Anant on Vidhan Sabha Marg in the middle of the night, inspite of making part payment at R K International.
The customer service was too bad. They charged 2 rooms' charges for a single room, and when asked for a refund, denied. I literally had to argue with the owner, but in vain.
Rooms were not neatly maintained. We had been exposed to continuous smoking smell.
Hotel was good but inside the room tv was not there, but room space ,cleanness and staff were Good.
Worst service of rooms. ac not working properly and power cutts is the major problem. I recommend everyone not to come to this hotel
Hotel is good for stay purpose but food is so much costly and not good. it is good nd under the budget if you are not buying food by them.
Guys don't booked this hotel. I had very bad experience, booked prior with payment, when I go there they told not available at this time u can go to my another hotel and shifted there mid night And at the late night disturb for the remain amount.
