You'll never feel lonely in these rooms as they are infested with cockroaches. The check in experience is terrible. The bed spreads are not changed and pillow covers are not replaced. Unless you have an emergency, please don't prefer this place. They have used local people and multiple fake accounts to boost up the positive reviews. Please don't be a victim of fake reviews!!

I stayed here with my father to visit Bangalore. First of all, the placement of the hotel is far from the main road, meaning that getting an uber or auto is basically impossible without a long walk to the main street, so make sure you bring and umbrella. We were minimally prepared due to the fact this was planned latterly a day before and we forgot an umbrella, we asked to loan an umbrella of theirs, but they simply ignored us, so we had to go out in the rain and walk to the main road to wait for a taxi. Never mind that, there's probably not much they could do about the placement. BUT what they could do is spare ONE more spare towel due to there being 2 of us in the room, they wouldn't stop arguing and made the excuse that the room was actually for one person and prepped accordingly and would not give us another towel. Now, entering the room, at first look, seemed to be okay, but the closer we looked the more and more things we saw wrong, including stains on the pillows and the mattress (both of which were a weird off white along with the one towel we were given) assuming from activity that happens in hotel rooms like this-. All the cloths were heavily worn (seen in pictures below). The view is basically just a look out straight to the wall across the *street*. Other than that there is a TV the size of 2 of my hands (I have micro sized hands), the bathroom was cleaned well and the room was kept minimally. We had to spend 2x the money becuase we were told that checking in early (we came in at 6:30 am) before 1pm would cost double the price, even though oyo themselves said it would only be a 30% extra. Go spend 300 more rupees in the nearby 3 Star hotel and save yourself from getting sick. Also the customer service was horrible, manager showed no respect to the customers. I also found a little board that said "customer is king, king does not bargain" which got a laugh out of me.

Though we have done a payment still owner refused it. Very bad experience. I would not suggest this place even for free all the time thy r takin extra charges

Worst service, inspite of paying the amount, they did not allow us to check in saying booking confirmation is not visible. After 2 hrs of arguement and convincing when we were going out to give police complaint, he said that confimation is visible. But as we were getting late to catch the bus we left without checking in as we felt insulted in front of all others. Horrible service. And till date we have not received the refund. Affordable and good for the price but the early check in costs you about 600 extra. The washrooms were clean. Sheets were average and the room is comparatively little tiny than most. They didn't have clean laundry that day (didn't give us extra towels) if you're looking for a budget stay in Kormangala and can carry your own toiletries, this place is good.

Room is full of dust.. Unproffessional staffs... Oyo offered tv and ac but no AC working.. And no shower.. Tv available in room.. But not working. Reason from staff is No set Top box.. Feels bad.. So i rating 1 out of 5

Worst Staff Experience till date!! 1) Dirty Linens 2) Ultra rude staff 3) Lack of basic complimentary items like drinking water 4) Small room size 5) Usually if you arrive early and rooms are vacant, hotels will offer you check-in but these people charge 300 bucks even for half an hour early check-in 6) Height of carelessness -They charged me for an extra water bottle which I never took and kept on arguing for such a small thing. Despite having cameras installed they were not even ready to accept their mistake.

They didn't provide me any bill and manager is waste fellow asking extra money.
