First of all Oyo must remove such type of property from their app.they just denied me to give room because I am a non local.if they have problem with non local so why the just mentioned on the app that non locals are welcomed.After calling Oyo they didn't pick up the call and denied to talk with the Oyo customer care.From Oyo you people simply say sorry from your side but u don't know how much frustrated you get after such type of words after doing mistakes again and again.

Good stay , rooms are okay , Food is available nearby , bustop is also there nearby Staff are well behaved Rooms look like a normal independent house.

Worst experience We booked rooms in this hotel online for 2 days but they cancelled without any notice and say to book offline.they asking for higher price. We are moving another hotel.very bad staff behaviour.

Never book this property and also never book by OYo they will confirm the booking but when u come for chkin they will simply reject ur booking

The worst hotel and the worst behaviour of the receptionist here. Rash behaviour with customers when spoken politely. Dirty rooms, dirty bed linens, no neatness with the poorest service. Better to stay in beach than this hotel. Very worst and rash behaviour with ladies.

Very bad experience. We booked hotel for 2 days but at check in time hotel staff ask that there is no booking.they ask for offline booking at higher amount. Misbehave, argument,we are going for another hotel at 2300 hours.

I will give negative review for this hotel they are treating us like beggers and they are demanding extra money that to 2 times of the booking amount which is booked by the oyo. I booked the stay for 2 days from sep 10 &11th 2022 with 900rs per day charge from oyo, after visiting the property he is simply saying i can not give room for this cost if you want room then pay extra 700rs per day that means 1600rs per day or else go to other properties. Then i called AGM of oyo from the property location he convinced the property manager but he is not listing and behaved very rude and in front of customer(thats me) he is telling ok i will give room for the final price of 1500 but the room i give will be of worst maintenance.(that means no amenities or limited amenities). Such a worst fellow i didn't seen in my life. After we came to an agreement that i will pay 1400rs that means 500rs per day extra to my booking amount so he agreed and he is doing some rediculous things(like he changed bed sheets, he changed the room) in that time he is doing these things like we came from some beggar family soo he is giving a worst room with no bedsheets and all... Soo i warned him and left the property with out check in and move to another property by my own no any third party apps like(oyo,make my trip) and i directly went to hotel ramachandra near vizag railway station there i found room of 1000rs with 24 hrs check out option soo instead of 2 days i just booked for one day which is enough for me instead of booking in oyo 12 pm to 11am checkout which are not feasible for customers soo instead of paying 3000rs for this bakwas hotel i paid just 1000rs with all amenities and well staff behaviour and good hygienic hotel. Sooo my final conclusion to this hotel is if you harrass the customers then customers will harrass you.. Dont book in this hotel guyssss full of fraud of charging extra amount from you and staff behaviour(that managee) is worst...
