Worst worst worst Never in my entire life i faced this much of negligence behaviour by staff, actually we have booked one room as i am coming from US and i went on that morning they are saying the room is given to some one else then what is the use of advance booking and they are asking me to call OYO customer care for cancellation if we want to do that why should i booked the room the manager is also saying the same answer and these guys are maintaining hotel very very worst. In our room AC is not working and no TV wifi is worst and the sofas which are placed out side are broken I booked 4 sharing room at last they gave small room and charged the same price and extra for earlier check in . I will not trust oyo from now onwards

Rooms are not clean and not even close to the pictures displayed here. Air conditioning unit in my room was dripping water. I had to change multiple rooms coz each of them had one or the other issue. Most importantly price is not as displayed in OYO app. I booked my room with OYO app and wanted to pay in cash after I reach. But they demanded an extra 500 saying it's a different price for weekend. They did not let me into my room until I paid the extra amount. Same happened with a couple of other guests as well when I was waiting in the lounge. OYO should look into and update the prices online or should make sure the management doesn't cause such inconvenience to the guests like I had to face.

Very very worst hotel, rooms are not good & reception staff is very Arrogant behavior. They won't follow oyo rules and terms. They will dominate you with their rules and I book for 3 members, but they gave 2 persons sufficient bed room there is no bed for 3rd person, asked 4-5times and after wait of 6 hours they brought one single mattress kept on floor in room. There I s no option 3rd person layed on floor about whole night.

Receptionist was very unprofessional. Oyo mentioned 900rs, they took 1500. I stayed there for 5days. The receptionist only wants money and while asking for water or any service, he just denies. Our guest wanted to come to just meet. He denied on guest face and started asking money from guest.

Really bad service . Told my 62 years old mother to order food online or to get it herself. Almost everywhere staff was uncooperative for some reason. Never experienced such things so I was confused , cancelled the plan of staying for more days & shifted my mother to other hotel.

Worst rooms , i have changed 4 rooms in this hotel not even single room was clean, if you sleep one day in that rooms you will get skin disease for sure , dont ever go to this type of hotels ever , its better to stay in bustand rather booking in this hotel

Worst hospitality ever I had In Hyderabad. No good behaviour with the customers. Not even supplying water to the rooms we have to go to reception and pick the water..Worst hospitality.. .. I suggest people to choose some other hotel than this ... No more cpmmets but worst hospitality and worst experience I have had

Worst Hotel., worst behavior, Guys dont book here., this hotel is only for Couples who is coming for matter, not for others., Bad response nd over attitude, they wont allow you to checkin if you applied more discount and paid less amount., they will ask you to pay more, there is no cancellation nd refund policy for this ***king palace. Secunderabad railway station platform is better to stay comparing to this Waste hotel
