Also, it hadn't been cleaned properly: the carpet was dusty, and the desk was stained. It also overlooked a noisy bar, which was a problem because there was no air conditioning, so I had to sleep with the windows open. On top of that, the hotel was also understaffed, so service was really slow. I'll suggest you all never visit there..

Very bad experience. Haven't given any welcome kit. Even they haven't given towel, soap etc. Poor room quality. Bed sheets were full of stains. Walls have stains. Bathroom was even worst. Tap was broken, bucket-mug was not present in hotel. After asking from receptionist, they told staff was not present so they can't able to provide the towel, clean bedsheet etc.

Hotel Gms Rd is one of the worst hotel, I have ever seen. (a) I have booked a Deluxe room in this Hotel for 1day staying from 10june, 2023 - 11 June, 2023. I have booked this hotel 2 days before through OYO Rooms. When I reached this hotel, a boy at the reception named VIJAY BUTOLA, told that there is NO ROOM available right now. (b) I have said, we have booking, then he replied, There is one room but its AC is not working. I went to see that Room, the room was so dirty, burnt match sticks were lying on floor, bed sheet was so dirty, stains present on the pillow. (c) I asked him, what to do next, He directly said, Cancel that room, and stay somewhere else. (d) On websites, they show us provide AC, TV, Food and all services. But there is nothing present to serve. (e) For ordering food, they had tie with up some restaurant, that provide food. I request OYOO, and other hotel room websites to kindly look into this, or else remove this HOTEL from your websites. We are tourists, usually comes with our family, and we get this type of worst service from them.

The rooms are good and AC is also working properly but the bathroom is not clean and the bedsheets are not clean also. The overall stay is good and better than other oyo

Close to isbt. Night auto charged rs100. Check-in was quick. Google showed exact location..30 m inside main road. However, room condition is very poor. It was just night stay during a transit to Uttarkashi, so I opted a cheaper option. I don't mind with the leaky bathroom, however, bed appeared as never cleaned. My son and I practically did not take the cover just because of the smell.

The worst stay of my life , never book this hotel , they don't have proper room and bedsheets,door lock is poor, dust is all over there. Over all it's not a good option.

It is not suitable hotel for families and not well maintained interior portion of hotel and very bad smile in the rooms and also outside the hotel

Its a good alternative if you don't find anything. Rooms are big but service is not that much good maybe they should upgrade their washrooms not suitable for family stay. Kinda average for couple too. But a good place to party.
