Worst Service, The staffs are rude firstly they will always charge you extra , they will tell you your online order is not showing will ask you to rebook offline and charge you extra. Rooms are not that clean, bed sheets bare dirty WORST EXPERIENCE

Decent hotel. The rooms are smaller compared with other hotels at this price. The bed and the bathroom were neat and clean. The food was good. No complaints about stuff behaviour. Neighbourhood is very calm and greenery is visible from the window. Safe for unmarried couples as well.

I booked the room from OYO app. Still they asked for extra money. the room, washroom was clean & food quality was very very nice All over worth it..

Worst service and experience ever!!If there's a option to give 0 star then I would have given that only. First of all, they are really fraud and as a result don't know any professionalism. I got a very poor behaviour from the receptionist and other stuffs. The lady who calls herself the manager is the biggest liar of all time I've ever seen. So basically I booked a room online and after reaching the site they charged me 1000 rupees extra for no reason. When I denied to pay that amount since my payment was done online, they started to behave very rudely with me and denied to give me any room. They kept me waiting for 3hrs still didn't gave any room or any refund. Finally after 3.5 hrs I had to leave that hotel without any REFUND and any SERVICE. Hence, I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even to my enemies !

Be aware to not book this hotel ever..... I booked it through Oyo ...when we checked in i didn't like the vibe of the hotel as it was shady so i asked to first see the room then proceed with the payment....the rooms were horrible..then i came back and asked my husband to not proceed with the payment as I didn't like the hotel. The lady owner started misbehaving and using slang....the owner and the staffs were drunk and started using slang.....we literally had to go out at midnight to find another place....please don't book this hotel ever.

Worst experience ever. i have booked this hotel from OYO. While booking, it showed lower price just to lure in and i prepaid the money. And when I tried to check in, they asked for extra money. When I refused to pay the hotel staffs misbehaved and insulted. So instead I asked them to give me owner' s number. When called a lady picked up and i got to know the hotel staffs and the owner are in the same league. She supported her staff's behaviour. With no other option left i had to look for another hotel. Later i found most of the reviews in Google had the same issue. I would recommend not to waste your money and time here. And OYO should take strict action against this otherwise you are going to lose your customers.

Check-in issue was there, The property owner was rude. He charged us 555 extra for the check in. It was like some hooligan who was threatening us for extra money. Al though we prepaid the booking for 845 we paid total 1400 for one room. Apart from this the room was not good, very unclean and the bed sheet was dirty. We could have easily booked a good 4star hotel in 1400.

Very very unprofessional behaviour from hotel staff. They accept booking from customers but when you reach there they will straight ask you for more money otherwise they will not give you room. Whatever you can do they will not provide you room. Very very bad experience. Incase you are checking in at night. Be prepared with your transport otherwise they will take chance and will ask for more money and if you don't have back up most of the cases people do not have back and agree with them. They are cheating with customers.
