Basin tap partially working, strong smell in room making it difficult to sleep, torn towels , no bottled water, during initial entry had to use stairs. Only good thing was location. Rooms should be property cleaned before allotment.
They have put plenty of false info on the booking websites like mmt, goibibo. Nothing as such. Rooms are good but the receptionist is extremely rude, always on the phone and so is the service.
Fraud hotel. Please do not book as they deny booking at the time of check in. I had booked this hotel in advance via mmt but they said that there is no booking. After taking help of mmt customer care they shifted to some other hotel but that is around 2 Km away from the temple. Worst hotel booking experience of my life.
The hotel refused to check in saying the confirmation wasn't received to them although we have paid and had confirmation on MMT and email as well. The receptionist was very rude and was not communicating at all when we were trying so hard. This was our first experience by MMT and suffered a lot with family.
