Hotel listed in Oyo rooms ddoesn't even exist, when i called to pproperty owner and asked for location it took me to the the Hotel where my booking was not present. Worst experience in one trip, i booked three rooms and all oye rooms denied to allocate room due to oyo booking. There is no surety if you book a room through oyo your are going to get it.

Got a call from oyo that booking has been cancelled due to some unavoidable reason on same check in day.

Really bad hotel. No cleanliness in rooms. They even get you checked in some other hotel beside the main building for couples. Pathetic service from Oyo as they give the option of breakfast even though it is not available at the property. Stayed there from 13-15 June 2020. Pros:- 1) You can come and go whenever you want. 2) Lighting of room is good. 3) AC works fine. 4) Drinking water available. Cons:- 1) Not clean bedsheets, linens. 2) Pathetic room service. Had to call twice to ask them to bring water but lastly went down to get it myself. 3) Room not at all as shown in the picture. No furniture except for 4 chairs. 4) Washrooms too small. Like even smaller than an office cubicle. 5) They get you checked in some other property beside the main building and provide smaller rooms than shown. Named Oyo Flagship Bhoomi Residency. 6) TV provided but no channels available.

It wasn't a good experience of staying here. AC was in room but was of no use as it didn't cool the room at all. No towel, bath soap was provided, room service was not effective. Standard did not match to the price I paid. Overall it wasn't good experience.

I had a very bad experience with this oyo... starting from reception to room. People sitting in the reception are so manner less they don't know how to attend there guest. Waiting for my turn on reception there was a huge massive fight between reseptionsit and the customer which was a very bad experience and impression. Once I reached to my room allotted it was so messed up not cleaned properly bedsheets were not changed, washroom was so dirty no working shower..no soaps available. When asked for the room change the receptionist told...room toh change nhi hoga..ldka bhej rhi hu apko jo krwana h krwa lo...never expected this revert from someone who is there to help there customer...overall it was the worst experience in my life.. would never recommend this to anyone they charge 1000 rp for the room, which don't worth 100 rp.

It was an average stay. The ambiance was great with a proper parking space (5/5). Now comes to room service it was below average not that bad and not that satisfying either (3/5). My Oyo provide complementary breakfast but in breakfast they only proved tea no parantha or bread. It was dissapoing from there side. So overall it's an average place to stay for a night or two. With Hassel free check-in and stay.

Never book this stay. The Staffs were ok, but the manager and the owner are well defined as Gold diggers. Only wanted to make money- N they dont give a damn to provide good services anyway. Better use couchsurfing and interact with locals than going in such hotels by paying lot of money n getting in return total ignorance and no service from them. OYO is doing a good job by giving these hotels customers as no one will stay there as seeing the rooms themselves.

They are not providing good service to the customers... For everything we have to wait for long time... Like we told them for towel.. they took 3hrs for one towel. And we requested 2-3 times for one towel. And for the food .. they are not taking orders... They don't pick the call. And the most important thing is that.... They are using our Oyo application for giving feedback... They don't allow us for the feedback. I request them to improve the services.
