Super OYO Flagship Hotel Mint Residency Near Dwarka Sector 9 Metro Station - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - South West, India

Extremely disappointed with my stay: encountered dirty rooms, inadequate parking, and poor service overall. Definitely falls short of expectations for comfort and convenience.

I strongly recommend all the ppl that not to go there ten most worst experience i have ever had was in this hotel when i reach there and went in my room what i saw that the bedsheet they put on d bed wad very dirty blood stains was there on d bed sheet also on the cover of the pillows and towel they gave us was d most dirty Towel was covered in all blood stains and also there was a table on that table i saw blood on that i reported same on d counter they said that we are sending a person to clean it that person came after 1 hr i waited there while standing this whole time After all of this i asked for water they gave me an already used bottle of water Seriously i am never going to use Oyo ever again

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help and make your stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed you to checkin 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel

I've stayed there for 3 nights. I liked the staff behaviour, their hospitality and eagerness to assist. I went there a week ago as well and while checking out I requested for a better room the next time I visit and the promise was kept. Kudos to Mr. Praveen for that ! # My Experience : Location : lil bit inside from the main road but easily accessible, shops are nearby and the hotel way is full of lights during the dark as well Parking : vehicles can be parked in nearby parking area Rooms : most of them are with balcony Room rent : good pricing Lift : yes & working Dwarka amenities are approx 2kms Overall it was a nice experience and I would surely recommend this hotel to everyone ! They'll greet you with a smile :) Note : this is a genuine review, be a responsible visitor & treat the hotel rooms well

Overall, I had a great experience with the (HMR) staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy your stay.

PROPER SUPER WORST SCENARIOS, ROOM ARE LIKE HELL, SERVICE IS LIKE WORST, EVEN ITS A PLACE NOT FOR FAMILY OR COUPLES

Worst place for couples. I am visiting this place from 2019 to 2023 when i started that time the hotel was managing by ajit bhai he is a nice guy and he leaved his job before few months back now a lady joined as a manager and running this place for six months. she's behaviour is arogant and behaviour was very rood whole staff is changed. Services are very poor. She is asking more money if you have booking in Oyo. I suggest to everyone one don't go there. This my long term experience which I am sharing today.

The place is perfect and the services are very coordinated with a good time management.
