They do not follow OYO commitments at all. They have their own rates. They are on the OYO portal just to lure prospective customers. Once the customer (even with paid pre-booking) reaches their hotel, they charge differently. They refuse to accommodate customers on OYO rates and force them to pay as per their own rates.
Worst hotel ever, charged 600 extra for AC room, AC doesn't work, no hygiene, everything is dirty as hell, the bed blanket washroom paid 1100 and the service they provide is like 100.
Located at a great location, just 500 meters from the metro station. Staff is great and helpful, made my stay even better. Very close to Aminabad close to Sachivalaya. Ambience is good and there's no noise from other rooms.
Not good they charge Rs. 100/day extra because i booked it from oyo app. There is a very poor blanket in the room. No hot water, and more problem.
No facilities As per OYO app. No Gyser,TV, wifi, dirty room. On Check in have to change 4 rooms to atleast stay. And the worst part is - Hotel refuse to give booked room on OYO rate and charged Rs.600 extra.since checkd in at 5 am after long travel had no option rather paying and sleep.
The staff was really atrocious and rude, they did not treat the customer with any kind of respect. The app was showing it is an AC room, there we were charged extra 200 rs for an AC room. it was a very harassing experience and oyo is definitely losing its trust and standardization by not having proper checks at hotels and giving them your franchise. Really disappointing
Hotel is in the best location of Hussainganj area, 500 mtrs away from the metro station and has some delicious restaurants nearby. Staff is good and friendly, i booked a budget room and the stay is good
No proper ventilation in room. The laundary were used and dirty. No flush in toilet. AC was too noisy. Room smell was bad because of rainy weather and lack of ventillation.
