very rude experience with staff. I asked for extension ,they repeatedly kept me asking for payment within a gap of 15. .20 minutes room needs maintenance staff need to learn good manners and ethics. especially that lady on reception no service is at all good not a good option to stay even don't have. telephone to communicate with reception they keep banging the door

We always ordered parcels for the family. The food quality is very nice and tasty. Butter Chicken is our favourite from the Kamini.

During my recent hotel stay, I faced numerous disappointments that made the experience truly regrettable. The manager's lack of concern and dismissive attitude set a negative tone from the start. The room conditions were appalling, with peeling paint, shabby furniture, and uncomfortable bedding. The lack of maintenance was evident, creating an unwelcoming ambiance. The hotel's rigid guest list policy was frustrating, as they refused to accommodate our request for an additional guest. This resulted in an uncomfortable stay for our party. The biggest letdown was the culinary experience. The tasteless and poorly prepared food caused food poisoning, leaving several of us ill. The hotel's neglect of food hygiene was alarming. Moreover, the hotel allowed inappropriate activities, making it unsuitable for families. Couples' explicit behavior and condoms scattered around only added to the discomfort. Throughout the stay, the staff's disinterest and lack of respect for guests were evident, leaving us feeling undervalued. In conclusion, my stay was marred by a terrible manager, poorly maintained rooms, unhygienic food, an inappropriate atmosphere, and disrespectful staff. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel and choosing a more reputable option for a pleasant stay.

This hotel required the maintenance. TV NOT WORKING. Room lock lach not working. Flash of bathroom not working. AC is just for name. Water leakage. Room service is quick. Electric socket are loose. Liquid soap is just like the handwash. Location is prime. I booked room here for Rs 1081 through oyo for 2 people.

The rooms of this OYO was extremely dirty. The most important space is washroom which could not have been dirtier. There is no cleaning services. There is no complementary items. Even the towel was not clean. I could literally see patches and spots on it. The main door had no lock and the security is zero. As shady as it gets.

Worst experience, I booked my room from agoda website, so my check in was early, hotel forced me to pay extra amount for early check in, No proper treatment for guest, room are very dirty and washroom WC was broken no proper water in washroom... Food was very expensive like aloo Paratha 150/- single piece. Worst for family trip... Plz find some another hotel

Bad service. Rude female staff. Dirty rooms. Stink room. Cupboard full of dust. Television was not working. AC was not working. Handwash was not given. No water bottle given at the time of check in.

Rooms are not as shown in the images it should be more clean Oyo kit is not provided without asking. Staff behaviour is friendly. Hygiene needs to be improved.
