Super OYO Flagship Hotel Elite Stay Near Habsiguda Metro Station - Hotel in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

Horrible experience! Booked it through Agoda for 3 days and couldn't stay beyond one day. 1. There is no provision of drinking water. 2. Extra 400 rupees charged for checking 2 hrs before, which is fine BUT GAVE NO BILL, and the receptionist got aggressive while asking for it. 3. Bed covers, pillow covers, etc. are horrible. 4. The receptionist confidently and strongly told, "No services as is written in the website would be provided! Only you stay there, that's it!"...No complimentary Breakfast etc. Even on asking the manager/owners phone number, he told me it won't be given. 5. While checking out on the next day, the first question receptionist asked, "Why are you leaving?", with an insolent attitude. Gave no bill, told it could be given only for offline booking. I never stayed in any place, till date, where the bill wasn't provided. 6. So, if a big chain like OYO/Agoda doesn't have any quality control, it is very difficult to trust them on future bookings. A minus rating is just, the provision that google doesn't have for this property. Had it not been for my busy schedule would certainly had went to Police station for a complaint.

Worst hotel, with improper maintenance billing receipts, service nill, with out drinking water, without hot Water for bath, rude in customer interaction, finally not recommend to any one,.

Don't book room's wirst service. Online fair's are different n actual fair's are different...

The property is both close to the Moula Ali as well as Tarnaka Metro station. The staff is friendly and so was the reception manager. The rooms were of just the proper size and kept tidy. It's connectivity with the public transit systems and it's accessibility on a busy road.

negatives:# this hotel is new one,they haven't included any wardrobe to keep our clothes,just a small table# very small sink to brush the teeth# no hot water supply yet, i spoke to them they said its new hotel that's why hot water supply unit not yet fixed,it will be come in usage soon they said # in bathroom no soap carry boxes to place soap,we need to place near exhaust shelf or flush(may be they include in future as it minor thing i feel)but major for customers like us who stay or who gonna bath.# mosquitos in room they should provide good knight for sure , which they not provided#* currently it's like lodge more than hotel because of above reasons.#i tried to extend a day they saying need to pay extra amount as price offered by Oyo is very low so i paid 200 extra,that Oyo price can be availed once they said(i too feel 100-200 price hike not a issue but Oyo should give best price rather u should not be asked extra in offline, because price of hotel for me is just when i thought to extend, while booking its was around firstly so i was asked to pay offline at time of extending butwas just )-oyo # while checkin at first i had no issues but while extending they demanded saying that price will not be worth it for them)#no landline connection incase we need anything inbetween reception and room #no in-room food delivery or dinein available,needby food centres are there if u wanna eat but not premium restaurants nearby.positives:# it's good for couples no one gonna distrub you once you checkin till checkout,above negatives won't effect you unless u wish to bath or require hot water.# for the price which they offer things it's justified,ok if u get this hotel in between (500-700),that's why i gave 3stars despite above negatives# ac is provided for this price but no remote control just a on/off switch,ok for this price,ac also working fine#tv is provided#wifi is available,but i haven't used ,Airtel router outside room(they should provide password,it's should be written somewhere in room)#fastfood center ,tiffin centers, small biryani centre,small grills,medical shop available with in 50-100m left.this is my genuine review kindly read it and decide, checkout attached pics thank you ok average,not bad for the price range if they focus on above negatives and improve soon it's good

Very poor hotel and services. AC not working and no cleanliness. Demanding extra money while chekin with no facilities at all. Dont book this Oyo.
