Customers support and transparency in payment will not be Good with Management. Property service was good, but they are asking for high money. I booked through oyo... and visit to hotel... but the receptionist told me to this is not our rate..... they are demanding for more money.... i am facing this issue with oyo 3rd times.... i dont know whats going on.... i think oyo and property manager are coardinate with easch other and solve this on priorty basis....because your customer facing lots of issue .... and customer dont want to spoil their journey... they dont want to argueing with property manager.... on that reason oyo your customer was losing..... and you need to clear and solve this on priorty basis...
