Charged extra for one hour early check in. Rude behavior by staff. Room was not maintained and toilet was dirty.
"DISAPPOINTED to the core!" worst experience of my life...A total disaster...The room was pathetic...unhygienic... A total nightmare... I would never suggest anyone for this hotel as ppl gonna waste their money & time... The pictures shown in the website are totally different from what we have witnessed after getting the room... In the pictures the rooms were so clean hygienic & spacious but in reality it's a total disaster...Room was unclean compact congested & TV in it doesn't work as the dish TV is deactivated.... Even after telling them in advance about the cleaning part they didn't do it... The bed sheets were not clean, one can easily see the stains on it pillow cover were also torn ones But the guy was saying its neat & clean!...And if I talk about the washroom it's so horrible & it stinks badly... One can not even sit in there for 2mins...ONE CAN ONLY REGRET after coming here!!! So better be away!
Dirty rooms.. Why don't oyo authority check the cleaning part for this oyo.. Yukkk my partner had vomitings after visiting it

Room was not in good condition, room was smelling, bathroom flush was not working properly.
The location was right at the main road. The price was reasonable with hot running water and air-conditioning. The staff was good will help you with everything.The place the dirty, it looked like its not been clean properly in years. The sheets were dirty.
The overall experience was worse than using a public restroom. The linen were dirty, torn and burnt. The walls were very dirty, with hand and shoe print and pan masala marks in every corner. The exhaust and light was not working in the washroom. And when I recorded a video of the room, I found a cockroach roaming around the bed. And the worst of all, very rude and arrogant staff who taunted us and said he won't refund us no matter what as 30 minutes had passed. Key point here being there was no power when we reached. :/
