Super OYO Flagship Airport Comfort Stay - Hotel in Kolkata, North Dumdum - 24 Paraganas North, India

It was a horrible experience. The checkout time was 11am, but we had to catch a train at 8am in the morning. We already informed about the same at night. They said we would have to pay them extra we leave before the checkout time. We didn't take it seriously. But the next day they actually locked the main gates so that we can't leave without paying them the extra amount. The receptionist literally shouted on us saying they will not open the gates until we pay them. They took extra 200rs to just open the gates. The amount wasn't much but we actually felt like hostages. Had never seen in my a hotel were we had to pay extra for leaving according to our wish

Pathetic experience. Rude management. Zero service. Unhygienic washrooms and bedsheets. I recommend not to visit here. Waste of money and time. Property manager will not speak to you nicely nor will help you with anything no ethics at all

I had booked through OYO. As soon as I reached they denied me check in as the price paid through OYO was very less (said the property manager). After talking to the OYO customer rep, the property manager allowed me to check in. Very frustrating experience as I had travelled for 6 hours with 2 suitcases and 2 back packs. Looking at this the property manager allowed me to check in. Otherwise he wouldn't have allowed if I had just gone there to do some hankey panky business. Rooms are also very dirty and are not as it looks in the photos on Google. Just checked out after an hour as I was told that the gates would be closed by 11 and then I wouldn't be allowed to enter until 9 A.M.

Not a good experience..but it's okk to stay if u r looking for 1/2 days max.. expensive as per quality.family person I don't recommend you u know why.

I booked Super OYO Flagship Airport Comfort Stay for 9th June 2023. On reaching the hotel the owner behaved rudely and also insulted me because I had given my review for my previous stay that they were taking extra charges for staying and also the room was not clean at all. Today he denied me for giving room because of this review and was very rude not having minimum knowledge of how to behave with guests.

Please avoid this hotel my suggestion at any aspect. Too much drama while registration. Since my father name is not mentioned in my aadhar card they argue with me to write it down when I'm 18+. Then the room which the gave me was very small not as per picture(picture are downloaded from other sources). Online they have mentioned car parking is available but after 1hr of my check-in they called me and said I have to remove my car since their SIR is coming but after 1hr and 3hrs respectively I came down for reciving my food from Zomato I didn't found any car over there. No basics assential provided like towel, soap, water bottle glasses etc. Then I order french fries they bought oily potato strips half cooked that too after 1hr. I got my Zomato delivery faster than their oily potato strips. While leaving also I found no car at there so called parking. This was a harassment kind of situation.

This is the first time I visited this place. The hotel situated on the belghoria express way. The room are clean and avarage in size. Staff behaviour are good. Service are nice.

The world's worst hotel. Don't stay there. Most of the positive reviews are given by their goon staffs.
