Super OYO Flagship 43145 Mayaban Resort - Hotel in Tiakati - Maldah, India

While the restaurant's and resort's atmosphere is wonderful, the food's quality, the staff's and managers' behaviour, and the service are all disappointing. They don't know how their food is made or how many servings there are, and they're not open to feedback. Instead of dining at their restaurant, visit here and enjoy yourself as you take pictures. If you do, you'll feel like a scapegoat. I hope that people who intend to visit this location will find this review useful. P.S. NOTE: Since I didn't stay there, I have no knowledge of their rooms.

Had a bitter experience during the stay. We booked the hotel via Oyo & paid directly online before the checkout to avail the discount. However the owner/manager was very rude during our checkout as we paid the money online. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful and relatively cheap in comparison with the amenities/location. However the rooms are not very well maintained but still worth every penny keeping in mind of the room tariff!

It was once a great place but there is severe lack of maintenance to this property. The exhaust has a bird's nest and doesn't work naturally. The AC even in full blast ( 16) feels like 28. The geyser doesn't work. The tv set top box doesn't work ( changed it though) . Allowing outsiders in the pool(other than hotel guests) makes the experience bitter. Full of chapri(sorry for lack of better word) crowd in the pool area who have vandalised the men's changing area and it perennially smells of ammonia. But the only pro is that food and service of staff is good though room service was not provided to us. Also mind you they are not couple friendly. Do provide alcohol.

Rooms were good but they just do not change bed sheets, no room service available, for a decent lunch or dinner or even for a cup of tea you will have to walk all over to the front of the premises in their restaurant. Overall service was good, though i was there for a few hours. The front desk person was VERY HELPFUL POLITE AND DECENT, it was for his behavior I decided to stay or else I would have moved to some other property.

The resort boasts a tranquil atmosphere and pristine surroundings that make for a truly relaxing stay. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, the food falls short of expectations. While the ambiance is impressive, the dining experience leaves something to be desired.

Very good place for a gateway in malda. Food is amazing. Best place for relaxation.

We stayed at Mayaban Resort multiple times and the resort manager Mr. Pijus was very kind and helpful to make our stay comfortable. Experienced peaceful tranquil environment throughout our stay.

Resort staffs are Rude they don't have basic manners while talking in front of customer.there are lots of miscommunication in this place. We were group of 9 People 8 of us was going for swimming pool. When we are buying tickets they didn't said anything about 1 person without swimming pool entry charges . When we reach near pool that guy was talking rudely and asking to get tickets. They didn't allow you to have outside food or they don't have anything to have specially snacks or cold drinks.
