I have to say that it's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The location is great, the rooms are really pleasant and clean, but what makes this place so good is the staff. All of them are incredibly friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable
The rooms are pathetic and dirty .. don't book it on any online website as they will refuse to give room at the quoted price...the service is worse I stayed there for 4 days and they didn't even changed the bedsheet once .. neither anyone came for sweeping or bathroom cleaning ...the dustbin was full and had to call may times to make it empty.. the rooms are stinky bathrooms are dirty and the food was pathetic too ...I only advice to don't ever go there for stay ...you will regret paying the price..
All Facilities available in room. Bed matters very hard. Uncomfortable feel during sleeping. Staff is good.
If you are booking this hotel from oyo. Please enquiry hotel before booking. They are not accepting cheap booking from oyo and demand more money when you check in. I have very bad experience during check in. Please call before booking.
Food & service is just awesome. A gym is below hotel but there are some beer bottles we saw at balcony but it seems that it's very common in Punjab.
Being from bihar we are not used to that otherwise it's safe for family but I would not recommend this hotel for women to stay alone.
It was a nice stay spacious room nic furnishing. Daljeet (manager of the hotel) was very good he helped us alot and make sured that ourcstay will go comfortably... Other staff was also good
Oyo and Booking.com worse experience..Nothing everything was worse.I booked for a specific amount and when I reached they asked.me for the double amount I booked for, was totally disappointed by the services of booking agency and the hotel.
