Very budget n v bad hotel. Not atall for family Avoid. No kitchen inside No food, they will bring from other restaurant He'll small room . Not even any place to move in room. Stinky room n beds

Turned us away after a booking was made and paid for, said "no foreigners", promised a refund but later denied a refund when we requested it through agoda. Literally "thanks for the money, bye" Also located in Saki Naka which is perhaps the most disgusting place in Mumbai, makes Dharavi look like Switzerland

Extremely bad experience! Rooms are really bad maintained with a really bad smell, Not at all recommended!

The food and service is really good over there. And also the location is quite good. But according to the price, I found it a bit expensive and also the infrastructure of the room is small and cozy. But I would like to suggest more for cleanliness part, as I found a little cockroach in the room, and also some of the tiles of the bathroom was broken and quality of blanket was theek thaak. Overall, I'll say the stay was moderate. It is safe stay for couples and also the location is quite good. AC works properly as well as the service from their side is really good. Also there was a window, from where you can stare at those little citylights.

I've had booked this hotel through Oyo and payment was done already. When I reached there the hotel receptionist said that the rooms are full. I had to book different hotel and reach there on my own with my baggage. Try to avoid this hotel at any cost. Plus you'll have to spend hours to get your refund.

The work will ne done. But dont expect much as its too costly. 1500 a day.. but no that much service or ambience provided

1. Room floor was slippery, they did not clean the floor well. 2. Bathroom's wash basin were not connected with water supply. 3. The AC was not working properly, because it switched off automatically at around 10PM, and it did not switch on again after trying many times till morning. 4. Hotel staff was kind and friendly, they provided me food at the room on my request.

the stay was great, it definitely deserved a 4.5. budget friendly and convenient location. but one of th staff member kept continuously asking us "when will you check out?" he rang the doorbell of our room at 9.45am in the morning continuously, just to ask the same question. very irritating. no offense to the other staff members. they were extremely welcoming.
