We booked a room with this hotel and made the full payment online. Still, the hotel denied check-in saying that the room rate has increased and they cannot provide room at the same rate. My aged parents were with me and we had a lot of luggages with us. The lady at the reception behaved with us very rudely! We had to leave the hotel. It was so much of harrasment unnecessarily. Beware of this hotel. Never came across such a horrible experience before.
Location is ok and all other things are not good. Rooms are unclean and dirty with bad smells Bathroom is dirty without door locks, broken bucket. Overrated and overpriced hotel. My experience with this hotel is horrible. Not a value for money....
This hotel is misleading people in every aspect, to start with it is not near iscon temple.
They didn't respect online booking they will charge extra on top of what you already paid online.
This hotel is very dirty, the hotel furniture is also very bad, the bed mattress is worse than third class, the bedsheets are also like a tent house, the bathroom is very useless.
Cleanliness and service wise it was okay. At this price we can not expect much. It was very good considering the price. I would have given 5 star if the reception manager how to talk to guest. I got the booking done through app and on app it was saying the breakfast was included. When I mentioned the same to manager he talked so rudely. He was like I don't know about app. Its your problem not mine. Also I think they were also not happy because I got booking done online. If they have problems they should not enlist there hotel there and they definitely should not differentiate between guests.
3rd Class, Very Unprofessional and Very Rude staff. if you are booking they will cancel your booking at the time of check-in. please beware as they want to take /- per night as offline mode of payment and will not agree for your booked receipt. very unhygienic and shady hotel - looks like there were uninvited people created nuisance as well. please refrain this hotel if you are with family or couple. even single people should not stay in this uncomfortable place. 0 STARs! unprofessional and shady hotel and unhygienic as well. deny booking voucher as they will say that no booking is there and talk to Oyo. pathetic hotel.
i am using 14015 oyo room since last one and half year. i haven't had any problem till now. the problem i faced yesterday. yesterday when i reached the hotel, the staff there was telling me that sir i can't give you room because your booking price of Rs 496 is very less. brother, this price was updated by you guys, not i booked the room at that price and you can't refuse to give me the room. yesterday, the staff there made me wait a lot, after talking to the customer care, i got the room after 5:30 in the evening, i was very ashamed that even after paying the money, why such behavior was because my booking price was low. it is the fault of you people and not my brother price, you guys have to update that customer, i felt very bad about yesterday's talk mr. balram ji, you are the manager of there, you should give proper training to your staff how to talk to the customer. i will personally tweet to ritesh agarwal ji, i want action against that staff, that too in writing
Nice location with very basic rooms.
Rooms can be improved with better maintenance and regular cleaning.
Mosquitos gave me tough time, regular fumigation can be a good solution to provide comfortable stay to customers.
