great location,beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great owner and staff. Most friendly and helpful Owner receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast,Lunch,dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Food was good. Never used rooms. But on enquiry I found them affordable.

Only issue I faced during my stay....bed was not as much as comfortable....afterall the location was too good, it's near to Hyderabad gate BHU,lift facility for rooms.And also it will give you familiar stay because of safety.
Ac was the only thing that was working in a good condition in the room. The mattress was in a very bad condition. Pillow and quilt covers and also the bedsheet was as dirty as possible. The washroom had dirty mug and bucket and the most important the commode was broken and leaking. The washroom was stinking the whole time. TV was not working. And the housekeeping staff was very rude.
If there is anything lesser then 1 star then i would like to give...there is not a single thing good about this hotel, i paid 5000 for two nights and the experience was pathetic..there were rat roaming in the room plus they have provided torn bedsheet, when asked to change the bedsheet the reply was saare bedsheet humare fate hue hai..there were no breakfast available but they commited at the time of booking breakfast will be part of package, All staff were rude, doesnot know the hospitality, Dear owner please take this feedback seriously otherwise your hotel business will vanished, you dont have rite of looting guests... Dear my fellow human being before coming to this hotel just think thrice
