No dedicated parking, hospitality is pathetic. Never choose this for stay. And don't trust on those 5 star rating those are self done.
Worst Experience I had when I stayed last time .
We went for breakfast. After 15 minutes we had observed that the waiter who took the Order is not in the restaurant. We had requested other waiter. He told me that he cannot take his order. If u don't want u can leave. Very bad experience after this incident we went to some other hotel. Lazy and confused staff.
The rooms are clean and good. Except that the linen weren't changed and the walkway and reception stinks. This isn't close to bus stand but easily accessible. Recommended for short stays. 24 hrs check in available unlike many other OYO stays. The restaurant is not recommended. Rarely people visit for food, hence food might be from cold storage.
We r senior citizens from vizag, andhra pradesh, we attended for checkin at 6 pm on 16.8.19, as informed earlier to lalitha grand hotel, tirupathi. I am sad to inform that we had bad experience of no a/c after midnight, i informed the same tohotel manager in the morning, before we leave for srikalahasthi on 17th morning at 6.30 am. The samw was not rectified till we check out at 5pm, as we extended the stay upto evening by paying 400/- extra, i disappointed to note that the manager has not expressed sorry for the inconvience caused to us. He asked me to produce the oyo app in my mobile and he himself given grading for our hotel stay, which is highly objectionable, how can i recommend this hotels to others, i want full refund for the inconvenience caused to us and two days of stay miserable.
Food quality is worst. I have added breakfast in app and next day they brought idli and I never saw such worst cooked idly in my life. I ate it because it's oyo. I thought they'll cook clean the next hour my stomach was upset and very nauseous and the worst thing is I have to go darshan at 2pm and luckily I didn't vomit in the queue. After darshan when my family is eating at anna prasadam, finally I vomit and now am fine.
The hotel stay was descent.. room service was worst. I asked for water mineral bottle he sad not available. I asked for food - not available. At last when checking out this guy took my phone and rated 5 on Oyo app. This is not fare to rate it on your own..
