claustrophobic rooms. Not maintained. Smells like smoking heaven. Beware, this was a lodge earlier, and then on boarded by the OYO scam(never go with OYO) app with cosmetic changes. Beds sink. Bed linen stained. The room I was alotted had no windows. #101.

As far as location is concern, this hotel is at the best location. Everything is available at your walking distance or at 5-10 minutes distance, be it shopping mall, be it railway stations, be it bus stand, be it cinema halls, be it restaurants etc. If I talk about amenities they offered was overall good but there are some improvements needed as well. Such as their bedding materials like bedsheets are to be more cleaned, their AC is supposed to be working in a more better condition. However, i shared a feedback to the manager about their AC and they assured me to fix it as soon as possible, I hope they do it ASAP. Staffs are well behaved and professional. Overall, if they improve these little things, they can grow at a much faster rate. You can visit this hotel. Their services are good at affordable price.

Neat and clean hygenic environment is what I wanted and stressed for in my booking and I got what I wanted ..will recommend to anyone looking for economy with best hygenic stay . ..keep it up Sonic Oyo..my next visit is due soon next month and will be at your place only

Overall excellent , Ambience is good. Staff is good, helpful and polite. Location is too good because it is in civil line so market, cinemas hall,mall are here. Recommended to all if you need a hotal then stay here.

The Staff Is Very Polite And Cooperative. Price Is Little Bit Higher I booked in Rs1200 Per Night. I Give It 4.5/5 . Every Unmarried Couple Is Recommend In This Hotel.

We stayed .. awesome hotel.. at Best place in Alllahabad.. all rooms were full.. But He upgraded us tp suite room.. so generous staff was.. thank you for that. One thing I really missed in oyo.. The OYO kit essential .. generally we seek for moisturiser and bath soap and shampoo ..Please Restart service

Very bad experience. Booked through Oyo and in the midnight they reshift my hotel booking to some other hotel which was very far from my reach parameter. How can I believe such hotels and Oyo. Firstly they told me booking is confirmed and later on they just reshifted to some other hotel without informing. Can't able to digest the fact that this much big company can do such kind of cheap fraud. At the end it's all about customer comfort and experience which is completely gone in my case.

It was a good visit... The room was quite low in space not big as shown in pictures... & the hygiene was also an issue.. Bedsheet was not up to the mark.. & also they didn't provide towel.. But the best thing about the hotel is their staff's behavior They provide you excellent privacy.. & they respect the line of customers privacy...& definitely safe....I've found this best hotel for unmarried couple
