When booking thru oyo the charges which agreed r not in actual payment time that infuse additional as gst but not provided to customer bill. Rooms r bit new hence feels good but nearby construction activities disturbs ur silence.. There is no proper road to this premises.

I have booked the hotel for me. One person. When i reached the hotel at night the receptionist was asking us to pay an extra 1000 rs to get the room, this was nowhere mentioned or not notified me, i reached the hotel late at night and were very dark around. And waste of my cab transport cost and i have to travel back all the way to find a alternate hotel. Very strange.

I had booked this hotel 2 days back. And today i came here, i had booked online at 700/- and this guys here will tell you they will not give in this price and ask for more money. These people are doing scam here showing less price online and asking more money at the property. Pluse staff made me wait for 1 hour after 1 hour he's coming and saying he will not give froom at that Price. Staffs are very arrogant they will not talk properly. Pathetic. Very bad experience. Do not go to this hotel there are lots of hotels in this area you will get plenty of other stays. It's a waste of money and time pluse service is not good.

This hotel is a scam. Do not book your room in this hotel they will show different price online and charge more when you reach at the property. They will 700 800 extra for the room. And staff are very bad, they are arrogant and they don't talk nicely with customer instead they will laugh at you if you don't pay extra amount. If you want to save your money and time don't book here.

we have booked the hotel for 4 people. When we reached the hotel at night the receptionist was asking us to pay an extra 750rs to get the room, this was nowhere mentioned or not notified us, we reached the hotel late at night and were completely tired and he was asking us, if not paying extra money he was asking us to leave.Since we were tired and out of energy, difficult to search the room at night we paid the extra money and decided to stay.Again,1. The rooms were bad, cockroaches and mosquitos in the room2. bedsheets were not washed properly, could see footprints on the bedsheets ( when asked, he said it is laundry people's issue)3. The chair seats were bad4. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly

Dont get trapped by low price listingDont get cheated by low price listing, no any hotel in bengaluru, giving room for less than 900 per day, this hotel guy was very rude, app was showing very low price, and confirming the booking,and once u there they will reject the booking, and if u call to oyo or customer care they will just say a sorry and u will loose the taxi money, if argue with them they will say technical error, all they want to bring the customer to thier hotel, once u reached there most of them dont have any option other than stay there with extra payment, may be tired. They will say we dont give this much low price ask the app customer care, but most of the hotel wont remove thier listing from app, because they want some customer to come their reception, they never think it ruining their reputation, there are many people u can see in the reception similar app victim. And remember this is some remote areas it is difficult to get a taxi back to city,.
