They made me wait more than 45 minutes to check in, and the rooms were very small, there were no towels in the room, there were no complimentary water bottles, you will have to purchase water bottles. Checkout was smooth, kitchen was good, location was good, staff behaviour was good.

Hotel is costly and room is small.bed is very dirty.I have stayed there no one came for cleaning room inspite of several reminder. Receiptionist staff behaviour is very bad rude and no basic atiquiate to talk with customer. Very worst not recommended to stay at this hotel they charged extra on hotel room and cheated the customer and ready for fight with customer if you not give extra charges

Worst hotel ever!! Even after booking online along with payment, reception people said rooms are sold out. Just do not go to terrible hotel with highly unprofessional staff.

We had a really bad experience with this place in Ranchi. We booked this place for the wedding.. we had made all the payments also. We went there for the food tasting and there was a fly in the food. After complaining this to the hotel staff, they were very rude in response. Also, asked us to cancel the booking. They said they cannot do anything for that. Very bad experience.. not recommending this place to anyone in the future.

Managers and executives don't have etiquettes to talk to guests.. Foods are having insects or bugs.. stale quality... Very disappointing experience. When we complained they were affirmative and stated that "this is the only quality we can serve, do whatever you want to do" and cancelled the booking worth 7 lacs. This property is not capable of hosting any events... Not recommend to anyone.

I just want to give zero rating to this hotel due to very bad experience at very first time.firslty receptionist behaviour is very bad don't know how to talk to visitors.The main reason is they are taking advance order of room booking and on phone calls they are telling that many rooms are vacant but after reaching the hotel premise they are saying that no rooms are available and all rooms are booked after taking advance money also they are suggesting to take another hotel at very night..At very first time I have experienced very badly very poor too much bad experience... Totally dissatisfied..Very rude behaviour and I am requesting all the visitors that do not visit there..They are very rude and cruel.

Don't Book this hotel I just want to give zero rating to this hotel due to very bad experience at very first time.firslty receptionist behaviour is very bad don't know how to talk to visitors. At the time of booking (morning) I told her to change the bedsheets, pillows and blankets covers.. but not changed till night when I came to hotel. He refused to change anything.

I have given 1 star, let me tell you briefly why. Overall the hotel is fine, but the staff seems to be totally non friendly and non corteaus. Location and parking is fine. Rooms are small but ok, the main thing is bedding, they are dirty and smelly. Bathrooms are really great no doubt. My biggest issue at this place was finding cockroaches crawling under my mattress, and it was 2 am and and i reported this to desk staff, he handed over a hit spray to me, and nothing else as resolution, after discussing over call with customer care they changed my room, but overall a nightmarish experience.
