Dirty bed sheet and toilet. Next day no one came to clean the room , toilet and for squaring up the bed. Intercom not working. Tea service only after 8am. That too you need to make call from your mobile phone to desk. Hot water line in bathroom is choked . No water , no electric kettle, no towel, no soap or any other toiletries provided. it's totally waste of money.
I would leave zero stars if I could. The food is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close to authentic. You should not call yourself even a decent restaurant. The vibe, music, and food feels ridiculously whitewashed. Other side Room service was good enough, receptionist behaviour was good at that time specially that mask guy and that person who wear turban at there.
Went to Asansol for a competition so had to stay in the rooms allotted. Our room 405 was actually very pretty but it was not maintained as much. The room was probably not used by any visitor for a very long time because it was very dusty and some lights were not working properly so the hotel staff called an electrician and fixed it which was nice. In general it wasn't a bad experience but an okay one. It was costly though.
No toiletries provided. Rooms are not cleaned, they just change sheets everyday. Don't even sweep the room. You will find condoms packet, Burnt sigrets beneath bed , woman hairs and a lot of dust lying on the cupboards
Very Nice Experience. Hassle free Checkin, Very helpful staffs, Luxury Ambience. Toileteries were provided. AC, bed and lighting all was excellent. Location is also perfect. From Station take Bus or Auto to BNR stop and then walk 1 minutes towards right from the 4 way crossings. From Asansol station it takes 15 min only to reach the hotel. Food was also good. Extremely happy and Lovely experience during stay. I will definetly recommend to new people and would self re-visit again.
It's a very great location...near Sentrum mall...Pizza Hut is just opposite the hotel!
