Want to give 0 star Complete fraud. Hotel is not ready to give GST bill for GST bill they are asking 30% extra. Even after when I am ready to pay extra amount they are asking me to furnish my company details and GST number. If I am staying personally why should I provide company detail and GST no to them. Unprofessional behaviour. Called Oyo customer care and they keep on holding and disconnecting without solving anything Will not book ever

Hotel room and location were decent. However service was bad. No bathing soap, no towel, no pillow covers for 3 days that I stayed for. They kept saying we'll provide them but never happened. And the reception boy had a very cavalier attitude towards a feedback.
You have to always call for a water bottle, the geyser was not working, and the washroom was not clear. The bedsheets were torn off, informed them to change them but they didn't listen. No cleanliness facility of rooms on daily basis. If you have done an online booking then they charge you extra when you check in at the hotel. At night there is no peaceful area, staff are noisy ..i can't sleep because of the disturbance caused outside the rooms. Wifi too is not working properly, disconnecting in every 5 minutes.
Room is okay, bedsheets are not clean. Water supply, wifi, electricity supply are fine. Behavior of stuffs is ok ok types. In kitchen only veg items are available which is little bit problematic for non vegetarians like me. I need to dependent on Zomato but Zomato service is very high in that area. One cons is stuffs never come to your room for daily cleaning purpose and major drawbacks when they overcharged me respect to what has been shown in app.
Staff at the hotel was partying and singing loudly under alcohol influence from 1 am to 4 am in the morning. It was dreadful experience. Rooms was not well maintained . Bed was in bad condition and washroom was full of rust. Would not recommend.
Staff is pathetic they used to shout on their customers. They charged extra 600 rupees for the stay claiming that they don't get enough money from oyo. No room service provided, washroom was stinking and very dirty. Staff used to talk in abusive language. Very pathetic. Devastated!
I have very disappointed to stay here. I have booked room only 465 rupees but they charged 800 rupees and say call Oyo customer care. I have urgent word there that why I stayed. staff behaviour was very rude. please don't go this hotel. they misbehaved with customers. I will suggest don't go this hotel.
