The rooms are as per expectation. They are worth considering the price. It should be noted that only the toilet washroom can be kept a little more clean. The facilility is good. A minus point is that the food of the hotel is very limited. Wish it was maintained a bit more.

Lift not working. Hot water available only 4am to 10am. Some dust in rooms. But bed is clean, pillows and bedsheets are ok. Restaurant in the hotel is good.

Not very clean rooms. Became old property. Very poor service. Fixed item breakfast, only idly n dosa of poor quality served after 9am. Few days before arival, i contacted hotel n requested for 1 or 1.5 hour early check in. They agreed but on arrival, they demanded Rs 500 additionally for early check in. We had to wait. Broken TV and AC remotes. Struggled to operate.

It's a 2 star hotel and is situated around 800m from the main temple. Even though the rooms were empty, they haven't cleaned it early. They will clean it only when guests arrive. We reached around 11 AM in the morning but they made us wait till 12:30 PM to give us the room. Moreover they haven't cleaned the washroom. When we asked, they cleaned it for name sake. "You need to ask for everything". They don't even have Hot water and they will only provide from 5AM to 11 AM. There is no geyser in the room. Lift will take ages to go one floor. You will see stains everywhere in the room. "Please check washroom before you take the room if you are with the Family. Because window doesn't have glass and it will be visible from the outside. Rooms were not that good. Very dirty and old. TV and AC are only for showcase. They don't work also don't expect. When it comes to Food, we only ordered breakfast. They only have limited options but the taste is good.

Worst experience. Completely got mislead looking at the images. They have a welcome board for restaurant but nothing will be available except water bottles. No hot water, early morning hot water will come that also will be muddy. Room service doesnt even clean the dustbins when we ask to clean the room. Bedsheets were dirty, even after they claimed to have changed it. Not worth at all.

Below is my review, and I've provided few pointers so that the reviewer knows what they're searching for; thank you! __________________ Location: 5 star The hotel is located 15 minutes from Shirdi Railway Station and 15 minutes from Shirdi Temple, therefore please avoid any rickshaw scams that demand more than 50 rupees. Also, the Shirdi Bhojnalaya is a 10-minutues walk. __________________ First impression: 3 star The exterior appears pretty great from the outside and has plenty of parking space. They also have their own restaurant if you don't want to walk outside for a quick bite. However, when you come closer to the hotel, you will notice the scope of maintenance. It is not actually maintained; management should work on this. The lift doesnt work, so all the best to whom who gets the higher floors. __________________ Rooms: 2 star The accommodation was adequate for a stay, but there is certainly space for improvement. We could see dust all over the floor and table. The bedsheets had not been washed appropriately and the washrooms were not up to standard. The tap conditions and water leaking would irritate and the general cleanliness of the room is lacking. The primary issue is that there is a major power outage in Shirdi (As per Manager), which causes regular power outages in the rooms, which is inconvenient. Because the hotels landline phone does not work during the outage, you will need to check in with the receptionist. I came three times to check on the problem while we were on the second 2nd floor. __________________ Hotel staff and services: 1 star The receptionist's (who appears to be a manager) is unwelcoming and doesn't care what problems you're having during your stay. The other members of the staff have the same attitude. The staff did not bother to come to the room to check on while I was going up and down due to the power outage issues. They can clearly see how frustrated I was since waking up due to the power outage, but in answer - "Sir Shirdi mai light ka bahut issue hai" I mean, come on, this isn't something I choose. The manager also states that they are having generator issues, which will cause frequent power outages. I could understand the hotel management experiencing a power outage due to a generator malfunction, but with the manager's attitude, I didn't feel like to understand. ________________________ Overall except for the location, I would not recommend anyone to stay with the aforementioned faults. ________________________ To Management/Owner/Proprietor: Please instruct your employees/staff members on the aforesaid circumstance I encountered. Because this was unprofessional, and these employees are the face of your hospitality.
