Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping team maintained my room impeccably clean and tidy each day. Any requests or special requirements I had were handled with utmost care and attention. The dining experience was equally commendable. It's on-site restaurant offered a delectable menu with a variety of dishes to choose from. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the meals were consistently delicious and presented beautifully. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive, making dining a pleasure.

Best hotel, walkable distance from Paltan bazaar, city bus available in just 50 metres, other transport available as well, Fancy Bazaar 5 mins walk from hotel, lots of restaurants nearby. Best hotel with polite staffs.

We were said by the manager during Check In that the complimentary breakfast is not available even we booked with that option. However the hotel was nice and decorated. Room was clean and well maintained.The restaurant service was also okay. It was a pleasant stay as couple.

Booking via OYO on line, early check in @ 6:00 am, via partial payment,on line,however,The person at the reception charged me additional of Rs. 700/- Stating OYO payment not applicable here. No dental kits and dispo slippers. Guy at the reception in the morning very rude

Overall good. Most of the things about the hotel turned out to be better than expected. We reached around midnight because of transformer problem at home. We stayed at 506. The room was good. The lift had no jerk during takeoff and landing. The bathroom had a small exhaust fan which surprisingly did a good job in sucking the smoke out. The ac worked fine. The TV had many channels and netflix. Linens were clean. No mildew, cockroaches, stains on walls, etc. The common areas were neat and clean. The food was good too. The second floor buffet breakfast started at 8 which isn't too late. The tea was good. The veg pakora with evening tea was good too which was above expectation because lot of expensive places tend to make dal pakoras too hard. There is parking for maybe 4-5 cars in front. So, parking may be an issue though there was space enough for my car. I had apprehensions because this area is the parallel for Guwahati of what paharganj is for Delhi, being close to the railway station. But they didn't pull any tricks on us. Had no altercations with the hotel staff. Had a good experience.

It is a nice and affordable hotel at the very heart of Guwahati city. Guwahati railway station is just 10mins away from here. The rooms were nice and luxurious. Room service was available and the hotel staff were good. It would be a good option for those who wish to stay near the railway station.

An average place, though the facilities are good but the place very conjusted and located just nearby a garbage dumping area. You have to keep your windows closed all the time to avoid the smell. Food is good, hospitality is good but you would have to call the reception couple of times to get the things done. Overall, an average place but not worthy of the price we paid for. The price of the hotel I would say is moderately high compared to what you can easily get from any 3 star hotel at the same price.

The rooms are cozy but clean the bathroom was of decent size. No foul sound, no dirty bedsheets and towels. Was provided with just a soap and nothing. But yeah could be slightly better as compared to their price. The staff response was good as well
