I wish we should have an option to rate minus too!!! Worse experience in my own place, Sikkim reputation is deteriorating by this kind of service specially in hospitality industry! 72 years old man my dad had to go through all this it's just a shame !!
I love how this place has become my go to place. The staffs are very good and surrounding too is great except for the food. I won't say they serve very bad food but sometimes I guess they get lazy to cook better but my concern is to be served well to your customers wether you like it or not. Food should be hot in a castrol if it's Chapati or Puri and not directly place it in the plates, Thali should have Dal always along with what's written in the menu. Wether the guests eat it or throw it they should get what they paid for. Food items are pretty expensive compare to other hotels nearby but overall experience has been good so a thumbs up for that.
One of the best properties in Gangtok at normal price. Also, good for long stays. Quality of food was awesome.
The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The bathrooms were spotless and well maintained. They had a complete range of amenities such as ac, tv, free Wi-Fi, etc. They were also located in a safe area with helpful staff around at all times. The ambiance was good too.
I had stayed at Hotel many times now and the only issue I had was that the location was not very comfortable. The rooms were great, the staff was always helpful and the food facilities are good. I like that it was not a very expensive hotel too.
the most common thing a traveller is looking for when he is exhausted is food and hygiene. go and experience this at the great price range they are offering the best service in the city i guess. it takes about 5 minutes extra to reach there but the way they guide you how to reach there more conveniently is awesome. at last i would say go n experience this great stay by your own.
Happy to stay in this hotel. The staff gave us warm welcome us. We had no problem to check in. Bed and bathroom was clean. overall, we had a great experience
Excellent management and very friendly staffs. The room was really good and clean. Food service was also good. The hotel manager helped us in booking cabs and made our travel very convenient.
