Super OYO Collection O Hotel Lotus Grand Near Secunderabad Railway Station - Hotel in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

Extremely disappointed. The old mattress has lost its firmness. Similar to sleeping over fast sand in feel. Results in back pain. There's no handwashing station or hygiene supplies in the room. Even the bed was infested with little bugs. After discussing the problem with us, they gave us a another room, however the situation remained the same. A television that was provided needlessly without a subscription. Not a channel to keep an eye on, then. This was simply unacceptable. I've been everywhere, and I love to travel. I had never in my life encountered anything like this. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.

Small cockroaches roaming even on the bed. Mattress is very old one and lost its firmness. Feels like lying over quick sand. A tv unnecessarily provided without any subscription. Hence no channels to watch for. Nothing done even after informing Reception. Group of police knocking door at 3 am. This was just not acceptable. I am 63 years and 11 months old. Visited numerous places. Never had I experienced this in my entire lifetime.

There is no connection between oyo and this hotel and pre booking charges which you booked through oyo they won't refund they say you booked through coupon Hotel reception staff they don't care your concern at all don't hook through OYO and Reception staff also not help full

Rooms are good with running hot water. Staff doesn't respond well. It's better to order online than to order from their catering. It's good for one day stay. Please avoid it if you want luxury.

Hotel was good, but Oyo service on booking not much good, they book online without confirmation of availability of rooms in hotel. I reach 10 pm at hotel with family after booking online, receptionist told don't have available of room. After humble request to receptionist they arrenge nearest another hotel for me. Thanks for his co operation. I was hungry with my child. This was very bad experience was done with me. This is only do to Oyo booking.

The Room is Good but AC is not working properly, cooling is very less. Their Service is too late and always delayed, One has to ring the Reception again and again for the same request. There are small cockroaches in the Rooms. Rooms are not cleaned regularly, bed sheets and towels are not changed daily. We had requested on the 3rd day for Room cleaning, Bedsheet and towel change, which was fulfilled by the Hotel only after severals request/reminders after 3:00pm. On Power cuts, the Hotel takes hours to provide the Generator backup. As the windows of the Rooms are not openable, the Rooms becomes suffocated during Power cuts of about and hour.

Hotel Lotus Grand Seems to be worst experience Though it is expensive Room seems to be unclean Taps broken No towel, soap, nothing provided. No water bottle provided. Room wall are full of paint patches Only advantage is that its location is near to railway station. I don't recommend this hotel as such You choose some other hotel with decent pricing. They take too much of time in registration and no proper response from staff. Arrogant reply on customers. Fraud publicity stating as good hotel pictures ... but in real it is worst hotel.
