If I say it was pathetic then it's an understatement. I feel like I have been cheated and robbed off my hard earned money. Right from check in to the room to the beds to the linen to the condition of the hotel. Everything is absolutely dismal. Would never ever want to stay in this hotel. Request general public to stay from this hotel unless you desperately want to stay in the same locality. Summary -- I have been cheated by OYO

Top worst stay in OYO listed hotels. Never book this hotel even if they offer for the lowest price. Rooms with stinky smell Dirty bedsheets cockroaches in room and on bed. Room filled with dust. If you want to fall sick book this Stay.

1. Think twice before staying in this hotel. 2. management is very poor (no one talk clearly) 3. no free wifi, drinking water is provided but promised to do so on different websites. 4. TV not working. 5. They cut the AC connection from room each day and restart it by their own. v need to reach out to them twice or even thrice for AC. 6. All the popular places are far away from this location. 7. Lifts are also not working.

Room is spacious but a/c doesn't work , bed isn't comfort or not in condition , if you want to get something food or snacks , I have taken cool drink of 40 inr mrp , but they charged 50 inr , if asked they say to get from outside , everything overprice but poor service

Nothing was properly maintained like no hot water, towel, soap, tv was not working, no proper cleaning of shelves. Found left over used condoms and sperms marks on the bed sides as well as washroom.

It was late night check-in (01:00). Pathethic rooms! The room is stinking and there are cockroaches crawling on the floor and walls. I booked the room for one night but after seeing the room I slept in my car. Oyo should really step-up their business model. The quality of the hotel is really disappointing! Stay away from it

Receptionist doesn't know how to behave with customer. No maers of speaking. Bedsheets wer not clean. Bad odour in d rooms. As per d booking extra mattrs should be provided in 3 rooms. But receptionist demands more money. N d extra mattrs is not even clean from any angle. Not even drinking water is provided from d management. All over app is gud. But hotel maintenance n staff r not worthy.
