The staff was cooperative But there were some issues like basic necessities towel, toothpaste, hand wash, Dustbin etc.were not there in the room. TV,AC remote were not available in the room although they provided remotes later. Drinking water was not available. Doormat also not provided on washroom gate. And the most important OYO rooms provide complimentary breakfast but this was not available there. The services could be better. Check in was also late as room was not prepared. They said the property is new so they are arranging the things. Next time there will be no problem at all. The staff behaviour was good.The location is very good in Vijay Nagar area.

After I Booked Room on Oyo I was Cheated very Bady Firstly Fare was 775 Something so they sak Pay Now online 618 Only 154 off So, I booked a Room and Got all the Booking Details on what's app and Email and when I visited the Hotel I was Told that No Booking from your name and We Don't have any vacant Rooms Available, Suddenly I was Shocked & I called Oyo and they Called property manager too but the Hotel person not convinced and I was Told to shift to another Oyo property by the Oyo Customer Service Representative and I moved to Their nearest Property and What I saw is that The Rooms does not deserve the Amount I paid for it after selecting by the Pic's I saw on their app and their was No refund for the Cheaper Stay too & Infact i was told to pay 177 for the Room which seems Half of the Quality of Amount I paid and I called the Oyo person too but no Support from his side for the Change in quality of accommodation I paid the Extra amount to becoz. Don't want Trouble and Dirty washrooms

I had wonderful experience at Aura inn hotel every staff member from reception to cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. Staff were very hospitable very polite and friendly and makes guests feel welcome.

I booked on oyo customer care number and booked by booking department but on the rate I booked the room the proprty manager denied to book on the low price and said we told so many times to oyo that do not book on low price.... My suggestion is that if u book the room u must talk on the hotel manager on the hotel number and confirm the stay and room category otherwise when u will reach the hotel they will deny for low price..

The stay was quite good. But the room cleanliness need to be improved especially bathroom. Location is also good. Loved the stay

Room is good, staff co-operative, food is ok not bad, Room don't have AC remote, for night lamp not available, dust been & towel not available in room.room freshner smell not good.location is good .

Amazing!!! Had a wonderful time in this hotel, nice clean and hygienic rooms, very prompt service. Front office staff really very polite and professional.
