The room was stinky. Bedsheets & pillow covers were not at all clean. There was no room service for our 4 days stay. Nobody cleaned the room. It was nothing like shown in the pictures. I booked the stay looking at 4.3 star review, but it was a horrible stay. I further contacted OYO many times to change my stay as I travelled with my family, but they didnt provide me any help. It was overall a terrible experience for me & my family.

One of the worst stays I have had during my recent travels to Bangalore. The staff were unfriendly and sarcastic to the people and were behaving rude especially the night staff. I would say it is unsafe for family and friends and couples too because of the working staff even the rooms are unsanitary and dirty. I should have atleast checked the reviews and ratings before getting into this hotel. I am very much unsatisfied with their treatment and accommodation.

Room size was decent, location was got. Service was not much good at all. Their restaurant doesn't pick up the call, TV was not working. After telling multiple times they didn't take any action to fix the issue. If you are not bothered about TV and restaurant service then you should go for it.

The reception was very poor and rude when we arrived late for check in.They were insisting that the rooms were full. The toilets are old and looks pale...not the ones u see on web pictures. Room service was good and helpful at all times.

1. No one is answering Room service phone 2. They had a room but didn't allow early check-in. Later after one and a half hours allowed. Paid 50% of booking amount for check in 3. Bedsheets were not clear 4. The room has very little ventilation

I Stayed in Room 103 PROS 1) Rooms were affordable and spacious too. 2) AC was in working condition. 3) Located in main area, all basic needs are available at nearby shops. CONS 1) bed sheets were in torn condition. 2) The bathroom at room 103 had a broken window (No Privacy, people can see though that gap). 3) Very Noisy outside, as people were shouting and playing cricket inside the permesis. 4) Room is not much of a sound proof, so you have to be conscious when it comes to Privacy.

Terrible stay starting from Check-in Online shows 830 and force to make payment offline 931 Almost 100rs not recommended for book if u r trying to pay online they dont accept force to pay offline
