Worst service. The receptionist is an idiot. He doesn't know how to behave with the customers. Bathroom is not good. Leaking water. Very minimal amenities. No subscription of TV channels. Waste of money.

Rooms were big and space Rooms kept clean. But the bed sheets were not hygienic. Bath room okay. Location is good. Price is high for that quality of service and ambience. For that price we have so many clean and hygiene Hotel.

I would rate this property as value for money. I had booked this accomodation for my guests attending a family function hosted by me. The staff took care of the guests really well and no complant received. I had booked almost 8 rooms. The area is also very peaceful and is little away from happening place. So it is quite and peaceful. If you walk 200-300 mtrs you get all shopping that needs to be done. Good restaurant are around the place at a walkable distance.

Location was good, room was ok but No proper amenities ( tissue, soap, hot water) wifi not working properly, no chairs

Manager is not professional i don't know he was manager or not the person staying in counter thin one...He has charged me almost triple for doing early checkin around 9am i have went to do checkin and on next day evening 9pm i have done checkout.he was asking 3k ... the room price is 1200.. it was better to book for 2days only then?... He qas smoking in front of me like im nothing very disrespectful, mannerless , I think he should get proper training first ...i am also a manager in restaurant and i know how to behave to my guest.... room was clean absolutely.... location can b a major problem for new person. But i will never ever visit there again very disrespecting that counter boy or manager he was thin body shape...

Awesome place in an awesome locality and price just PERFECT. If they can can just have a multilingual reception staff like they have the different time zone clocks displayed. That would be better

Showed up there, with a reservation, to be informed that all the rooms are filled. Why have reservations then?

Everything is fantastic except staff behaviour (especially Kavitha, receptionist or manager). I paid for AC room charges but AC was not functioning even after 3 - 4 hours of checking in. Staff who were on night shift tried to fix but it was not functioning (even tried in different room but AC was again not functioning). They just kept saying "please wait for some more time sir it may work" (checked in at around at 10 pm and they kept saying this until 1 am). I've requested them if they can refund my money so that I would go out and look for other hotels but they denied. In the morning while I was checking out I met Staff Kavitha and explained all issues related to AC and also said her I wasn't slept at all until this morning. She was very rude and said me she can't do anything and she won't refund any money for AC issue.
