Super OYO Capital O The Arrow Near Nawada Metro Station - Hotel in Delhi - West, India

Very bad behaviour of the reception staff (Two Girls). Rooms are not as shown, in photos. They took your mobile phone to give 5 star ratings for themselves. I booked the room for today through OYO App my booking ID is A0CJ3601. The receptionist are two girls working there. They both are only tried to make me pay extra amount anyhow otherwise booking will be cancelled by them. At the time of checking-out they took my mobile phone and gave 5 star ratings to themselves. The all are online ratings showing in OYO APP are fake ratings they rate themselves by using costumer's mobiles. I probably lodge a police complaint against those two girls (reception staff).

Worst room and service I have ever witnessed. They have uploaded fake pictures of rooms to get booking. Please don't waste your money.

The worst experience ever. When i was reached on this location the hotel was closed . Then i hv called the hotel the receptionist said that to came another property belongs to same owner .. Then i was check in at 3pm . I have noticed some suspicious activity like they were closing the main gate from outside because of some issue . At 9pm same night the hotel staff said there was some problem our owner said police is coming for checking so we have to vacant the all rooms . They also said to pay the whole amount (1080 rs ) But they paid 500 . I request oyo to kindly investigate this property & take legal action.

No any more stars. Because this hotel did not give me room. Because he said that we do not give room to single guest.Then I modified the booking of double guests by talking to your customer care executive and also paid 25% online payment online.Then the hoteliers told me that we would have given you the room but why did you call your customer support. That's why we will not give you the room now. You check out of our hotel. Now the thing is very big which cannot tell you here. Just tell me how OYO company is working with such bad hotels. ETC.

The staff service is uncooperative. They charge black money. Even if you have made the payment via app they will still ask you money. Service is extremely bad. Wondering if oyo is involved in this corruption.

OYO has been just only for who want to spend 4to 5 hours for enjoyment otherwise there is no service no room cleaning, use bed sheet and woshroom I will never book any hotel from oYo

pathetic service and rooms very un hygenic bedsheets and toilet, no blankets, no tv, no ac working..worst hotel i have ever seen in my life

Extremely unprofessional behaviour. They don't accept bookings through MMT. Overcharged. Local people do access this property for drinking & smoking & sometimes for some other purposes too. Unhygienic rooms. Cleanness not maintained. Unsafe for everyone. Hotel manager is young boy & he always keeps on abusing. Avoid this hotel...!!
