Super OYO Capital O Sai Arya Residency - Hotel in Mangaluru - Dakshina Kannada, India

Poor quality service, rooms have TV but no TV channels, they have WiFi but no internet. We stayed for 2 days, occupied 2 rooms and had very bad service experience. They didn't bother solving any of the problems which we faced. They serve food from nearby restaurant, if you call the room service for breakfast they ignore to serve food in the room.

I was disappointed with the service of the staff.. There were no basic toiletries provided in the room, nor drinking water, room was also dusty. The only good thing is it's location even though the place needs a better sign board .

Good hotel, located at kankanady, spacious rooms, polite staff, smooth check in, anyway nice stay. Recommended for all

Pathetic. our stay was not at all good. Location wise was good but rooms were pathetic. Initially when we checked in they showed one room in 1st floor, which is of lot of stains and foot marks on the wall. Then we informed the reception they changed the room to 316. The room was with Cobwebs, lot of stains on the bed linen, Duvet was light brown in color. At night, the moment we switched off the lights thousands of cockroaches everywhere. There were no towels placed in the room, when we asked, two towels were provided out of that one was in good condition and other one was not even to clean the floor, torn on the side and brown in color. Lift landing area with lot of dustbins, Mops which was not at all welcoming. Except parking and location nothing is good here. overall stay was not at all good. From Bukthi restaurant Manju anna helped us to get some milk heated for the baby. That was the only thing which was good. Rest over all experience was not at all good. I agree that for this price will get this service, but at least hygiene was should have been better.

I am 73 years old, and if room and service is not good, I suffer. But in this case, of Sai Arya hotel, I am delighted to receive good service and good room. The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff are helping , courteous, and smart. I don't give 5 stars only for the reason that they don't have their own restaurant. They compensate by offering room service by bringing food from outside, which is not the same thing as sitting in hotel,s own set up.I gathered that they had the facility earlier but now discontinued for some difficulties. But the location provided ample choice for breakfast and food, so their is no complaint. The hotel is lucky to have such a good staff.

Very good host! Very friendly staff! Rooms are clean in the 1st look... But if you get food inside the room you may have unexpected visitors such as Roaches which appear out of nowhere! Other than that the rooms are spacious and clean with clean toilets!

Most horrible stay I've had. So many problems with the stay, room, staff etc. wouldn't recommend
