I had booked suite room at the hotel thru oyo app, before 2 hrs of check in time, the hotel staff called me and asked to pay more for the room which is already confirmed, since i booked the room for low tarrif and the oyo not added the complementry coupon to them, i called the customer care and after negotiations they reconfirmed the booking. When i reached the hotel, no one is there to guide for parking or for welcoming with a smile. A bar is attached to the hotel underneath and people from outside is roaming in the compound and the vehicle should be parked inside the hotel compound in our risk. The smell of alcohol allover the compound and inside the hotel and not recommended with family and childrens. The passage to the suite room is uncleaned and food waste over the floor outside the room. A bad bed with no cushions even in suite room, damaged closet sitting pad, damaged soap rack. During check in time, they said no outside food is allowed at the hotel. But even i called for room service for in the morning for tea, they are not picking the call. No drinking water provided at the room. Really a bad experience with my family which spoiled the trip. Not recommended

Food is so nice, though more varieties can be added.. Facilities at restaurant and bar can be improved

One of the best Hotel in Mookkannoor area. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Overall worth it.

Rated 3 star because I booked a suit room and when I checked in they gave me a classic room(Reason they said was they cant give me a suit room for the rate I booked, It was through OYO). Another thing that I booked the room for one guest, and they were not even allowing someone else to visit me at room. So its always better to mention that when you check in. Rest everything was fine.

Too far from the airport and they denied to give the rooms even though I had confined reservation. There was no one outside to open the door when we reached late night. Also when I booked with breakfast they charged me separately for breakfast. It happened to every one not only me. Not suitable for couples or families.

Good place to stay in Mookanoor area. This is one of the good and cheap hotel in Mookanoor area. I was there for 4 days. Stay was good and atmosphere around the hotel is really great.

Good attitude towards customers, we actually arrived a bit early, around 11 30, they first said check in is at 12 , but after 10 min of waiting, they said you can check it. Room doesn't have white lights , only there are 3 yellow lights which are not that much bright. The bed is ok, not too much comfortable. Food was good but there's not much varieties available. Only limited items like fried rice and chapati was available.
