First the best part the rooms were very tidy and nice with a working tv. Now the negative. There is no hot water. I ordered room service but even after telling the guy to clear plates he left with a blank expression. The food plates were there all night and we checked out the next day so I don't know how long they were planning for the dirty plates to be kept in our room.
Bad experience. Booked hall for sister's engagement. Food service was so bad. Catering team was not doing refilling on time took 20-30 mins to refill the food even after asking. Very bad experience from their side. Expected much more good experience for the price
Good rooms at reasonable price, dont go beyond OYO rates, they will not accept low oyo fares, better confirmed the rates with them directly. Room services and rates are good and reasonable. Washroom cleaning shall be inproved.....
Very bad hotel. Someone pressed the doorbell of our room at 3am in the morning. When enquired at the reception, the didn't even respond. The rooms were dusty. Bathroom had a stinky smell. Never go there with family.
I had shezwan chicken noodles last night it was very oily and complained about it to the staffs to which they didn't even bother to reply following that am at the hospital for abdominal discomfort now. Think twice before having food from this restaurant.
