Super OYO Capital O Island Inn - Hotel in Kochi, Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

Few weeks before I were booked two rooms for me and my friends for one day stay, The rooms and interiors are good and well peace atmosphere. But, the hospitality and the attitude of the front office staff was very poor and can't tolerate! Our booking was done by a hotel booking application, In that they provided a complimentary checkout extending time up to 01:00PM next day, But the hotel staffs came to our room at 10:45AM and told that get ready to checkout at 11:00AM as a cheap rude person with a huge disrespectful approach to the guests. Not recommended!

If you found this hotel for cheap price in oyo or make-my-trip, please dont book the room. Because when you enter the hotel they will charge you extra by saying that's the minimum amount that has to be payed at the hotel. It's actually a scam. You are forced to pay the extra amount since you have already booked and payed through the app!!!!! Remember!! the property looks amazing, and they will put it for cheap rate... that's how they scam people I have stayed there for more than 6 times before Covid time. Now the whole management has changed and they recruit the rudest people in India as staff. This can spoil your holiday. Better find some other hotels.

Very unprofessional behaviour from the staff and authorities. They auto cancel your booking and redirect it to elsewhere without even informing us . And justifies it by saying silly and unacceptable reasons . We booked the resort one month prior still they said someone else checked in our booked rooms this morning so they can't give us the room . Very bad behaviour from front office staffs and the manager too . They call us brainless when we ask them how can they cancel our booking and give to another,one of the worst property we have ever visited so far . Book at your own risk they don't care even if you have small kids with you they just throw you out saying various reasons. And even denied to refund the money we have paid

We had a wonderful stay at Edassery , Cheranelloor resort for a family get together. The rooms were very comfortable, beautiful and we had a great time at their pool also. Highly recommended

This property just loots your money. They just auto cancel your booking, and you just know the same when you arrive you at the destination. We have booked hotel one month before the arrival precisely 3rd august 2023, with 100 % advance amount via oyo. When we received the propery the have changed the booking to another loadge long from this site that cant even stay with family.

Had very bad experience..they denied check in for fully paid suit room on last minute which was booked through OYO app. The hotel alloted room to another person without cancelling or informing me..not recommended as the chance of check in is depend on luck even though you have confirmed booking. The receptionist boy switched off their official mobile number given to OYO app to prevent receiving calls from OYO customer services. The OYO rep who is responsible for the bookings through OYO app also found not-helpful and irresponsible as he secretly informed the hotel staff on call to deny check-in for us as he is not capable of securing the bookings made through OYO app for which the OYO is paying him. According to the hotel guy, booking & paying full amount is not sufficient for availing confirmed room but needs to remain in contact with the hotel regularly till check-in to protect silent 'cancellation' of the room. The irony is the number available in Oyo app and internet were another numbers or wrong numbers..

Very good ambience and hospitality staffs are very friendly. Better stay for couples

I don't recommend to this hotel to anyone..you may see cheaper rates and good-looking pics of the property but it is not the case. I have booked 3 rooms and got confirmation as well. Still, they denied check in saying that they cannot give rooms due to other demands as they are hosting a onam function.. this property is not ideal for a stay as they are hosting marriage functions parties etc which will spoil your visit there as it will be noisy even night time. Moreover, the hotel staffs are very rude and will treat you like dogs..if you still want to experience it, happy stay thereI have booked two times in this property. Both times it was occupied for college and other functions.
