We were a family group and the service of the hotel and bar staffs were really rude and they were less intrested in serving us. The man with specs who seems to be the manager was really annoyed to serve us. The guys who were serving us were also drunk and were annoyed when we order items.Will never choose to stay or avail their other services.
Service for food serving could be better.
Probably the chef is an old school. Foods and variants can be better.
The cost are ok.
Conditions of toilets are pathetic.

I recently stayed here with good and clean linen, but unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience due to an issue with
the air conditioning unit. The AC was leaking, and there was water on the floor, which made for an unpleasant and potentially hazardous situation.
Worst room. It is so small a suitcase can barely enter room. And it is a double room. The makes only noise has hardly any cooling. There is no fan. Bathrooms have sensor lights which go off even when you are inside. No hot water in the morning. The rooms not worth the cost. Free breakfast per room is 300 whether it is 1 person or 2 persons and begins only by 8

I went to this Restaurant as the others were closed due to public holiday. My friends and I ordered Chicken biryani. It was really bad , was all watery only the chicken tested okay. We also ordered a vanilla icecream, it was more frozen and less creamy. I wouldn't recommended this restaurant . It is not that clean to.
