Very bad experience staff behaviour very rude nd there r so much smell in cigrate....rooms r very dirty don't book this hotal

Just one word. Disgustingly dirty rooms and bathrooms Staff and manager were rude, and the area was noisy. Don't make your stay worse, please.

Rooms are good but maneger behaviour is very rude and swiggy Zomato not allowed and hotel are selling water bottle in 30 rupees which MRP is 20.

They could not provide a towel, glass or cup ......what else to say.....same on Oyo...will never again with Oyo

One of the worst experience in hotel property. When i entered the property the owner of the property ask to leave the property as he cannot provide the property. The owner was not cooperative in give good room. He was only worried about his money and not about the guest. When I gave my introduction to him about my profession as advocate then he was convinced to provide me room. But the room was not proper, first room which was provided to me was in cigarette smoke fumes and unliving for the person like me who is purely non smoker non alcoholic and even having the fast for navratris. Then the issue of parking arouse, the manager of parking was pathetic in talking, he was like harsh and unmannered. I complained to owner but he had no such reaction to it. Unthinkable with such terrible accommodation. Terrible experience all over. Room was full of insects at night. All crakes in room in sides. Fan was not providing air. Toilet jet was not proper. Toliet Washer was in broken condition . Worst is the water quality. All yellow water. It was not hygienic. I wont recommend any one to stay there.

very disappointed, * as i already informed to the hotel about early morning check in. Hotel manager Mr Ali ensure me the availability of early morning check in and i am ready to pay extra for early morning check in. but when I reached at hotel, i asked for the early check in but the didn't provide me which was discussed earlier. * moreover i booked a suite over there, but the room was not upto the mark like room was not cleaned, bed sheet was too much dirty as i atteched photos. * washroom was not dirty as already attached. see the picture as already attached. you can see the doormat condition also. * no power back up is available in the hotel. lots of power cuts was there. maximum of the time you have spend without power if you booked that hotel * ac was not working properly. you can also see the AC condition in the picture. * soap was not provided even for hand wash. overall very dissatisfied with the hotel service. I will give 0 out of 10 to the property. i wish, i would never visit this hotel in future.

I reached there arround 2 pm . They provided me room that was smelling badly. Bathroom basin was chocked. I requested to change .they said wait for one hour. After several calls finally they changed the room. It took Around 5 hours. Summary is that my overall experience at hotel was not good. Hope that you will take feedback positively and try to improve.
