Super OYO Capital O Hoysala Inn - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I had an bad experience in this hotel. I booked the room through online. When I checkin, I found that room was smell like anything, not so clean and hygienic. Immediately I talk to the reception and paid 943 rs extra to upgrade the room. After enter in to suite room, I found that AC is not working in Suite room. whole night I couldn't able to sleep at all. hotel persons are offering to go to normal room for AC and they are not ready to repay the extra amount also. Very bad experience and I suggest please don't select this hotel if you want to have a comfort stay. not worth for money.

This hotel is far more expensive compared to the amenities provided. The rooms are small and smelly. The ceiling fan was making noise and the AC was not working well. No choice for breakfast, one has to eat what the hotel provides. I have experienced a far better experience in other hotels by paying Rs 3200/ night.

veggies, dont order here. order from swiggy&zomato. this is my 4th visit so tired that i am writing this review. i come late and order just rice. they always say only biryani is there when i come late. it is uneatable by veggies like me. i leave it after just taking a few spoons. the first time, i had to put all sugar packets in it. my company dont know why always books here. next time, will eat and come. too spicy. today ordered paneer. they suggested brinjal rice. i thought vange bath and said ok. these guys simply dont know how to do brinjal rice. its same as biryani. uneatable. too hot. they cannot distinguish between a veggie and a non veggie. same hotness for both. i didnt post reviews last 3 times but i am doing this hoping they will change atleast now. rooms are clean and neat.

Except for Malandu Restaurant and the in room breakfast (which iam assuming was from Malnadu) there is nothing noteworthy about this hotel. Staff is least bothered about your stay. 1) Rooms were filthy and not clean 2) Bed lenins and pillow covers were all smelly and stained 3) Corridors were smelly 4) Killed 2 bugs in the room 5) Front desk lady is useless, absolutely not concerned what ever your problem is 6) Internet is very bad, your ohone doesnt wven catch the signal and even if it does the speeds are pathetic 7) We had initially booked it for 2 weeks but had to cancel it after 4 days. 8) Dont trust the pics, they are deceiving

One of worst hotel. They dont care about customer requests. I have been to this hotel for business meeting. The wifi is not working the hotel, no towels provided. When I enter into room there was water on floor. Washrooms smells very bad. Better you avoid this hotel.

I booked 1 room for two guests. The invoice that came after booking confirmation had only one guest.when i called hotel they said they wouldn't allow 2nd guest. When I asked why it changes from 2 guests to 1 guest, they asked me to check with Agoda. They demanded me to pay for the second guest.The staff at front desk were rude. Breakfast was mentioned as complimentary but they denied.

I had booked a room in this hotel but at last moment they told me they don't have rooms and tried upgrading me to a suite room, which was in the worst condition too. The team at the hotel front office and the manager are very rude. Their suit room is also maintained very badly.

Room is neat & clean. No Tea/Coffee machine available in room, Even though the hotel is located in Telangana, none of the Telugu channels except free news channels are broadcasted. Online it shows breakfast is included, but we get the breakfast at 9.00 am. If any office going person, you have to skip the breakfast. Body lotion quality is very poor
