Super OYO Capital O Hotel Siddartha Grand - Hotel in Vijayawada - Krishna, India

The hotel is completely money minded, i had booked the hotel through Agoda, upon reaching the hotel the staff informed my booking is cancelled. I told them i had already booked, but they said we don't acknowledge and they have allotted the room to someone else because they have paid more money. Never visit this hotel because of their money minded attitude.

Not an hygienic place to stay especially thier rest rooms are Stinking , shower faucets will not work when I complain they are asking me to adjust by using bucket and mug way of bathing and wait for hot water..

Good hotel. well maintained. People find difficulty in finding the Hotel. Proper Name board should be provided. No in house restaurant,but food brought from near by hotel is good. WiFi connectivity is very poor. Bed sheets , toilets maintenance is good. We get hot water all the time.

It's one of the good hotels I have stayed in Vijayawada. It's well maintained everything is kept hygiene. Staff are friendly and professional. The only thing is there is no car parking and it's very difficult to find parking on the road side also.

Nice place and well kept.The front desk staff demanded Rupees 400 extra when checking in saying that there is some pricing issue with OYO Rooms and correct price was not charged. That was a bit annoying. It was late in the night and i couldn't argue or call customer service. The hotel guys did not even give a receipt for the extra amount they asked/ charged.

Checkin was really great. No hassle. I thot they're gonna ask extra money like everyone do but they didn't since the price is already reasonably high. Hygiene could be better.

Had very bad experience,.. Waited 30 min to get in to the hotel, after paying the total amount to the hotel through OYO previous day, actual check in is at 12 pm, even at 3:00 pm they made me to wait. Staff feels that they are giving service to us for free of cost.. What ever we ask they say, we don't do as you have booked the room through OYO,. If we call and ask for coffee or tea,.. Etc, they will say you you have to go and get it, we don't do,..not doing is not a problem,..they will say the same very rudely . no hot water, no complementary breakfast as promised,no good parking,..park it with your own risk and hotel is not responsible,.. In simple words it's a very bad choice to choose , by seeing the hotel photos if you go there , you will definitely feel bad,..

Horrible atmosphere, dirty bed sheets, toilet, no towel water soap was provided. Horrible experience. And worst is OYO. Instead of complaining i got no reply back neither and compensation. Horrible experience over all. OYO trap customers showing false prices and then during check in hotel refuses to provide the room unless paid extra. I booked the hotel for INR 760 whereas i had to pay INR 970.
