Hotel is at prime location . Mussoorie is just 28 km from there. But the service part is worst, I have stayed for 2 days and they were unable to provide a towel , everytime I ask them they say just withing an hour ther will arrange.
Hi my name is sunil I use to visit regularly and booked room for 4 to 5 days, today I booked and staff confirm the booking, at late night I went their for room but staff refused me. Lack of communication of staff and I suffered because of this I will never come back their,
Brief: Infested with bugs, cockroaches on bed, asked for a room change, refused, asked for a refund, refunsed. After aggressively denying for some time, they changed the room, still cockroaches and other bugs on bed, again, aggressively denying refund and kept saying "what can we do in this, they are bugs, should have looked for bugs at checkin".
Checked in at 8 pm, went for dinner till 10, talked to the receptionist about cockroaches and other bugs on the bed at 12. Completely refused to change the room or provide refund even for hotel's mistake. After long argument, changed the room, same issue. Counter argued that I should have checked the bugs at checkin.
Complete disregard of health. "you can leave, you should leave. Won't get refund" were the exact words.
Worst experience ever - I booked this place via oyo and they refused to take payment via app and insisted on paying cash. When I said i am not carrying cash they refused to give us the room.
The location is good and the hotel is also good but service is not worthy overall it is not that bad you can check in
Rooms were not clean at all. Floors were dirty. No amenities were provided. Event the jug of water was not clean. The room was stinking. They also refused to give mineral water. Regulator of fan was not working earlier then we request so many times to change the room. Also the manager was rude

it was really a bad experience to stay at OYO, for the first time i feel this. i m with family the room were having wall damping, the amenities is zero. TV is fused as no entertainment for kids. Got towel which were having holes, bathroom water leakage from taps and shower, i had all pics but might its my last mistake to book from OYO. will never compromise again such hotels.
Sorry but its like spoiling our tour because stay were good more we enjoy.

Beautiful property, managed by Family. It is completely give feels of home stay. Good home cooked food and service as well. The best thing is you can cook at your own in guest kitchen. Also located in prime area IN Rajpura Road.
