One of the worst experience ever. We have booked a room online in agoda. With timing 12pm-11am checking period. We reached this hotel after a very long day where we travelled last night and did not have enough sleep. We reached this hotel by 7pm where we did not receive any information. As soon as we reached room they said there is no room because it is running overbooking. This booking was done non-cancellable and customer care is not responding. Please do not book this hotel online. Worst experience ever. Front desk people aren't even concerned about this. They simply said that no rooms available and call to customer. One of the worst experience ever.

What a generous receptionist! The warm hospitality made my stay a pleasure. They didn't even think twice about providing whatever I needed to be comfortable, even to their detriment. U guys made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked through the door until the last day of my stay. The professionalism is why I keep coming back. My undying gratitude for your gracious hospitality.

Kindly don't use any online platform to book rooms in this hotel. If you do so they'll make it a point to make your experience one of the worst one's. It seemed like the rooms had not been under pest control for a long time. There were small cockroaches in the room. The bedsheets weren't cleaned and stained. They purposefully gave a room which didn't have a proper commode and when asked to change the room they changed it to one's that didn't have hot water connection inspite of having vacant good rooms. I couldn't get a bucket of hot water to take bath and had to adjust with cold water. The receptionist clearly said that I shouldn't have booked the room through oyo and should have approached the hotel directly. Sincerely avoid this place if you want to have any kind of peace on your trip. And kindly don't book rooms through oyo. This was the worst experience I ever had with the hotel and literally regret opting this hotel for my stay.

Hello Folks, do read it carefully, it's my genuine experience. Pros: The hotel is located at the main road, hence it is easy to access at the same time the size of the room is good. Cons: 1. The staff will not help you or accommodate you at all, it is only about money for them, hence once should not expect anything from them, as my train arrived a little early before the check-in time but they did not allow me to check in even when many rooms were empty and they kept on saying that all the rooms are full, therefore I had to book from a day prior to my arrival, the same thing happened at the time of checkout, and at last I had to pay them extra. 2. The latch of the washroom door was broken. 3. They don't have spoons, so don't order anything in which you'll require a spoon to eat (had to eat a white sauce pasta with bare hands). 4. When we went out and came back, the remote of the AC was gone from the room and it is only possible if someone entered our room when we were Not there, also when we called at the reception for AC remote, then they brought the exact same remote, which proved that it was them and this incident psyched my mind. 5. Lastly AC was leaking inside the room.

I have stayed there for one night. Room was decent... I just wanted to crash after a long ride on the way to hyderabad. Bathroom was usable... Flush not working, shower was broken, no doormats - I asked but never came. But the food was good and quick service.

Worst hotel in terms of service and hospitality..rooms are full of bed bugs..i have booked hotel for 2 days and paid the whole amount ...after 1 day they forced us to an other lodge with no AC ...If u have planned ur weekend with family this hotel can ruin ur plans by forcing u to get out ...be careful

The best part of the room was that it had a good spacing which automatically creates a good vibe towards the hotel and uh wish to visit again
