Well-maintained Hotel but service needs improvement ! Pros: 1. Very spacious, clean, tidy and well-furnished room. 2. Very clean and tidy washroom with hot water available 24X7 (Towel, soap and shampoo provided). Cons: 1. Front office staff, though helpful, can be a lot more pleasing 2. Though there is a nice restaurant within the hotel, they had only room service both for dinner and breakfast. 3. Complimentary Breakfast has a fixed, rather tasteless, menu (Chapathi/egg curry) with no choice available. Also Breakfast starts rather late in the morning from 8.30AM only. Food served for paid-dinner was however tasty. 4. Kettle provided on request, but no tea/milk sachets! 5. Though the washroom is very clean, DO NOT switch on the exhaust as it emanates foul smell, presumably from the duct to which it is opened to. 6. Cloth hangers not provided.

The location is good. Not far from the railway station. Ideal for travellers for overnight stays. The restaurant is run by 3rd party. You will have to pay while food is served, not while checkout, which is an odd experience. Big parking space available. Staff could have been more cordial.

My recent experience at this hotel was marred by the incredibly poor attitude of the receptionist, specifically a young man. From the moment I arrived, he displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and had a condescending demeanor when I asked questions about my reservation. It's truly disappointing to encounter such a bad attitude when checking into a hotel. A pleasant and helpful front desk experience can set the tone for the entire stay, and in this case, it left a negative impression. I hope the hotel management addresses this issue to provide a better customer experience in the future.

This Hotel receptionist have never heard word about Hospitality My recent experience at this hotel was very bad incredibly poor attitude of the receptionist, specifically a young man. From the moment I arrived, he displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and had a condescending demeanor when I asked questions about my reservation & In the morning Breakfast was not even provided even though we informed them yet they were not even saying apologies we were waiting till 10:00 am for the breakfast II hope the hotel management addresses this issue to provide a better customer experience in the future.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. First of all, the phone service in my room was not working, which made it impossible to contact the front desk or room service. When I went down to the reception to address the issue, the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. They seemed disinterested in solving the problem and were dismissive of my concerns. This lack of basic communication options and poor customer service made my stay a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I will not recommend this hotel. It was a big blunder from my side to book this property. Unprofessional staff with arrogant attitude. They never attend the call, every time we have to go down to the reception if anything is needed. Please never opt this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

Location wise good but not maintained well. Visited for a booking but had to choose other hotel. Not so clean

Worst experience. People at the reception itself were unfriendly because we could not speak their local language malayalam. The food is pathetic.Only egg curry and chapati and dosa with kadala curry they serve . The cups were not washed and chipped.Service is more like roadside tea stalls. There is no variety in food at all. I had no option but to stay as I had already paid online . Basic hygiene was not there . Very rigid behaviors. It was like they are doing me a favour serving 4 dosa and one cup of curry. Altogether a very bad experience. I would not want to give even one star for this Hotel . Its just a fancy name .The staff needs to learn manners. Looks like they only want Malayalam speaking guest as they give good rating.
