Do you like Lizard/Insects/Mosquito in your room or during night? If yes is your answer then this is the place for you. If you are a solo traveller, Perfect, you will have something that will be with you during your stay. and when you ask the manager to change the room he may shout on you as its your duty to check the room first. Pathetic experience.
First issue I faced there was of parking there is no proper parking area. I find owner of hotel is little rude as when I said there is no parking he said bolta to tha Ki dusri jagah Pe park krwa denge n all. Rooms are good and spacious with proper lighting, ac, almirah, mirror and sofa also. Washroom was also neat and clean. Location of hotel is little far from the vrindavan(12 km) so if you have personal vehicle you can opt this place. As this hotel is situated within 1-2 km from railway station and bus stand. And dwarikadhish mandir, Krishna janam bhumi, vishram ghat is nearest to this place and you can explore local market of mathura also.
Very bad behaviour of staff they are demanding new things during check in And online booking though Oyo and other platforms first they deny or ask for extra money after taking long call with platform companies they can accept the booking .
Experience is too bad there is mosquitoes too much and geyser facility is also not there I'm totally disappointed
Worst in terms of services....charging extra in view of as if you are drunk not going to recommended anyone now
Room is not according to image provided on website. Waal was dirty. Hot water is not availavle. Room price should be under 1000 according to facility provided. Oyo shampoo and body wash not provided in hotel. After demand they provided a local shop and towel. No lift is available.no wifi is available.

Arrived at 12 PM and went straight for breakfast. Loved every bit of it. Ambiance is nice. Good staff and our table assistant PAVAN was really helpful and nice. Totally recommend it. Cheers. Enjoy. Love to come back again.
