Hotel authorities didn't accept the discounted room rate which OYO offered.they asked additional amount of money at the time of check-in. Room was pretty average..Okay type. Bed sheets were not looks clean and stain free(because it's old)..I asked them to change,but similar sheet only provided. Toilet flush water was smelly and dirty. TV set top box account was inactive because of no recharge. Spider webs was there on the room corners.Chair provided was not in a good condition. Room service was pathetic. Food was good. For a person just for sleeping purpose then this room is okay. Never recommend for family.

Staff were a bit rude. The room allotted to us had some dust from the wall and ceiling paint coming off and they initially hesitated to change the room and we had to argue to get it done later. Rooms were average. Outside food is not allowed but their inhouse restaurant is decent and prices are okay. That's it

I would not even give them a single Star. The hotel staff and so-called manager were so unprofessional. They don't bother to follow Guest ethics. The room and bathroom were unhygienic. Electric appliances like AC and bathroom exhaust fan were not working. Curtains were so unsanitary. They have not kept any basic toiletries like soap in the bathroom even on-demand they excused saying they will keep it tomorrow morning. I had never been to such a poor-quality hotel. I will not recommend you for a stay. Not value for money. The room tariff is very high according to their services and hotel staff's professional experience. Avoid such hotels and save your hard earned money.

The stay was good. Room was decent. The food in the kitchen was good. The AC was a little small for the room. The towel was worn out and did not look fresh. Sadly they don't have soft drinks in the kitchen.

No maintenance, No towel, full room is swelling, receptionist ask me to pay amount by QR code but if I pay by app I'm getting offer and he forced me to cancel the booking if I don't want to pay by Gpay kindly look into this.

I booked through OYO for early check in. Reached there by 7.30 AM. Gate is closed. Tried to reach two numbers given. He cut the call saying wrong number. Luckily got in as some house help came up at that time. After getting in, he said there is no room available. Then he said, if I pay extra he can give me room. I tried to talk to them, I have a meeting at 9 AM and it is important as I don't have time to search another room. He was rude, and I had to walk two KMs to search find a place for taking back paying Rs.1200. NO REFUND from OYO. LOST MONEY. PLEASE NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE THROUGH OYO OR DIRECTLY.

Worst no cleanliness and for one day they charged 2100 not at all good totally worst

I would rate it negative if possible.... rooms are dirty and with cockroaches. No room service and they don't even clean even after you request. Bedsheets and pillows are untidy. I SUGGEST BETTER AVOID THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR OWN GOOD
