Super OYO 75217 Hotel Navya Grand - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

Behaviour of staff was not appropriate. Even water was not provided so what services do you expect from HOTEL NAVYA GRAND. only name is Grand but services are just opposite. Please don't come it's just spoil your stay.

It's worst, arrogant staff, money minded people, suppose u get hotel at cheaper rate from any booking site, they will bully u, saying we won't give u room, how can u get room at such cheaper rate.

They show different prices on sites or oyo and on arrival they ask for extra money or cancellations.

Hotel is Good. Staff is good enough. Food is slightly over priced. Location and connecting road is worst.

I stay there for around 2 nd half hours and there AC,Tv not working.they even didn't provide a single towel.

Some rooms are well decorated with light's and some are just ok. None of the TV and AC remote will work on any rooms, Food taste and services is good and this hotel fine to come with couples because of its location. Other wise cleaning and other stuffs looks good to me.

Everything is okay but roads to reach there are nearly off-road. Food is a little priced at higher side
