Cheating people..Very worst experience.. The man at reception asked my booking price.Since my booking price was less, he told me to cancel the booking. He said Rooms are full .I explained him that booking done through AGODA. Then I contacted Customer support. After lot of arguments. He accepted. No cleanliness. Waste of money...

Worst place to stay.. crunched small rooms. No place to dine whereas Google mentions about restaurant. A nearby newly opened restaurant is there with same name.. room service got food from their but charged extra money.. overall not a great place to stay.. don't go with the price shown in different website for booking.. just don't stay here. Manager was only well behaved & helped but still charged extra money for food. I had a work nearby that's why stayed here.. otherwise it's very far from city..

When I visited here, the bed and blanket was too dirty. Asked the room service to change it and give a new one. Also, there was issues with toilet. Water was not coming properly. I won't suggest this OYO to anyone. If you are very limited with budget, then only go for this.

Worst hotel. They charge extra money even after full payment. BOYCOTT OYO. Oyo is not Taking proper action even after many review and complaints that they charge extra. The staff is literally mad he should be jailed for doing such things. @OYO take action if you are booking its your responsibility to tell staff not to charge extra and if they are charging take strict action.

The staff and service is really good. They would help at odd times too just to ensure good customer experience. The prices are also really cool, definitely not on the expensive side. Just the rooms are a bit small but helps the Air Conditioner in maintaining the temperature. The rooms were clean and maintenaned properly. Overall, a nice place to stay for a vacation or work related trip.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I have a 1 year baby and pet husky female . So I searched for pet friendly Oyo rooms in bengaluru with the help of Oyo customer support .The reservation was made by Oyo executive after reaching omkar global inn hotel they changed their mind and did not accept the reservation. I had to wander in the middle of the night in search of accommodation. Anyways after an hour of struggle found secret lake view on Kanakapura Road what a god send.

Room was very congested, and had uncleaned toilets. No hot water too. Bedcovers and blankets were old and didn't look/feel fresh. OYO suggested this hotel for a offer price, however OYO couldn't act on it when the hotel management refused to give the room booked thri OYO at the offer price. We happened to pay double the price after reaching the room. Above all these the room was very unclean and unworthy.

I visited many times.. I like to stay here and comfortable for me. But cleanness needed pls team concentrate on it...
